God123's Routine

Newbie Routine:

1. 5 minutes hot wrap (towel under faucet)
2. 10 30 second stretches (3 up, 3 down, 2 right, 2 left)
3. 10-15 minute jelq (about 200)
4. 5 minute hot wrap
5. kegels all day - 50 right after workout, but many during the day.
