Goat209's Routine

So I am purely working on girth for now. I do a 1 day on 1 day off routine in the morning I do 2*10 minute clamp sets with 1*20 minute pump set in between. I start with a hot towel warm up then I do 40 jelqs to get nice and hard. I then do the following, Clamp 10 minutes , Pump 20 minutes start at 3hg raise little by little to 5hg last 12 minutes , Clamp 10 minutes. This works me out pretty well but not overdoing it for me. In the afternoon I will do 40 more jelqs along with 1 or 2, 10 minute clamp sessions. I no longer do PE before bed it was affecting my night and morning wood negatively.
