Glau's Routine

~60 minutes 900 2-3 second jelqs @ ~90-95% erection level with ulis every 100 jelqs
~15-20 minutes of weighted kegels, both heavy burst and lighter sustained work
~10 minutes manual stretching

Notes:
A. The weighted kegel work is done 1 day on 1 day off. The rest is done every day.

B. The 10 sets of ulis are performed at ~90-95% erection with a tight overhand grip causing extreme engorgement and high pressure buildup. Once I have max engorgement and the glans feels tight/pressurized I kegel and hold as long as I can 12 times. This is the most extreme exercise I do, and after each set the penis is visibly increased in size.

C. The jelqs + ulis in the morning. The kegels + stretching in the evening.
