Gjurob's Routine

MY PE HISTORY

I first started doing PE exercises in July 2004, after I had found a website with some info on manual exercises (primarily jelqing and stretching). I gradually increased the duration of the routine from about 25 minutes to an hour and a half. My routine consisted of manual stretching, dry jelqing and wet jelqing, with 25% of the time dedicated to manual stretching and jelqing each, and the rest dedicated to wet jelqing. By October 2004 I had gained around 1.5" in length and a substantial amount of girth (I didn’t measure girth at the time, but the gains were obvious).

After that, I increased the duration of the routine even more and stopped doing manual stretching. As I saw no further gains a month down the road I decided to stop doing PE for the time being.

There were several occasions during later years that I attempted to restart my PE career, but none of those lasted longer than a month, for varying reasons.

Not until March 2009 did I start doing PE in earnest, again. At that time I decided that I wanted to get back on track towards achieving my PE goals and I discovered Thundersplace forums. Thankfully enough, despite having stopped doing PE cold turkey almost 5 years ago, I had lost only 0,3" length and an insignificant amount of girth (BPEL: 7.630", girth: 5.600") . After absorbing a lot of the info available on the web site, as well as viewing the tutorial videos, I started doing the Newbie routine. I kept doing the Newbie routine for the next 3 months, while very gradually increasing the duration, and managed to regain most of what I had lost during the 4 and a half years long break from PE.

At that time, I stopped doing PE again due to lack of free time and didn’t restart my PE career, apart for a couple of sporadic attempts, until August 2012. When I measured, my BPEL and girth measurements were pretty much the same as in March 2009.

This time I decided to try a different approach and focused my routine exclusively on manual stretching. Also, I decided to start keeping track of my BPFSL (bone-pressed flaccid stretched length) measurement (which I would suggest everyone doing PE should do), mostly because it is much easier to maintain measurement consistency that way, than by measuring only BPEL. as EQ isn’t a factor. My BPFSL at the time was 7,95".

I started with a 15 minute manual stretching routine, gradually increasing the duration to an hour and a half. In less than 8 months I gained 0.37" BPEL and 0,71" BPFSL for a measurement of BPEL: 8,0" and BPFSL: 8,66". Then I had to stop again due to a lack of free time.
