Girth Girth Struggles

I have been doing PE off and on for a few years but seriously for about a year. I have made tremendous length gains and had good girth growth in the beginning but now nothing. When I started my goal was to gain about an inch in girth and whatever length I got was fine. Having started off on the larger side I figured it would be quick and at first it was. I went from 8.2x5.2 to 8.8x5.5 in a few months. Since then, 6 more months, I have gained only length. I’m just a hair under 9.1 when fully erect but remain 5.5 in girth. It’s time for a change from the newbie routine. What should I do?

Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

I have gained about 0.5”-0.8” in girth from water pumping and jelqs, I don’t know if it’ll work for you but it works for me!
That said, be careful man, 9.1” is humongous! You wouldn’t want to scare away the ladies (or dudes, I don’t judge)!

I don’t want any more length. I just want to even out the ratio some. My wife can’t even take the length now, so more of that is useless I just want girth. I do the newbie times 1.5 about 3 times a week now. I’ve pumped and get huge temporary gains out of it but have been hesitant to continue. If that’s my best bet though I am willing to give it a shot.

Also for what it’s worth I contribute most of my early gains to diet and exercise. I lost about 20 pounds in that time period. And thanks for the study on girth I thought I was on the smaller side for it. That being said I do look very slim due to being so long.

The permanent pumping gains come over time with a consistent routine.

Like pumping every other day at low pressure (3 to 5hg) for a 1/2 hr to an hour. I generally do it 3 or 4 times a week for around 30 minutes.

It sounds like you already have some pumping gear?

Congrats on the weight loss! Struggling with that right now; I think I’d be an inch longer if I could knock off 20-30 lbs.

Pumping with the correct cylinder will certainly give you added girth. The only thing is you’ll get some length as well.

Being 6 foot 190-200lbs I don’t look that big in proportion to my body, if I only could work away that excess stomach fat somehow.

How do I select the right cylinder? I’ve done some research but gotten conflicting information. I currently have a penomet and use a wine preserver to build pressure. I’ve been doing 15 minute sets in hot water, any more than that I get the donut of shame something fierce. I can’t seem to get pressure without the wine pump though.

Ask in the pumping forum or send a message to gprent he is the resident pumping expert.

If you’ve made good gains with manual newbie and still only 1 year into your PE career, try adding manual girth exercises to your routine before moving to pumping. I had some newbie length gains but no girth gains so I added squeezes, then ulis, then orange bends and then supra slammers. I gained 3/8” in girth very quickly with supra slammers but I firmly believe the conditioning came from all of the other exercises rather than just one perfect exercise.

P.S. I too can see your stats and say that you’re already too big. Of course, if I had your penis I too would be looking to “balance” out my length with even more girth. A huge penis is like the One Ring in The Lord of the Rings where everyone but the holder realizes it’s too powerful and dangerous. The holder just stretches, jelqs and says “my precious.”

the 30+ mark is the break point, I believe, between results and nothing when pumping.

And add heat — use an IR heat lamp, or wrap the pump cylinder in a flexible heating pad.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up
