Girth Girth Struggles


Wow I never figured this would be the place people said I’m too big ha. While I already can’t go balls deep in my wife I don’t think I’m too big. If I ever break into the double digits maybe then I’ll consider it ha.

I’m about the same length as you (depending on my man’s mood- sometimes a little more, sometimes less) and have made great length gains also.

I feel that the problem is penis conditioning. I was stuck for a very long time at 5.75, with slow movement upwards, but the problem was that when I went to full 100% erection, it would “pull” my penis out, stretching it and reducing girth. I am a new poster here, and started a thread on this phenomenon yesterday.
I ended up with a girth of 6” that would “pull” down to 5.75” when fully erect, and I just couldn’t move forward, namely a self defeating manipulation procedure.
For me, I now realise ALL manipulation must be to focus on introducing high pressure inside the penis shaft, along with rotational force, high pressure holds, compressions, you name it. The idea being to work the sheath that contains the cavernosa till it starts to give in- a bit like blowing up a balloon for the very first time. Going for length will I doubt ever achieve this as the “fibres” are being subjected to entirely different forces. So thinking about it, it your penis were a balloon, and it were broken in to expand lengthways, then it’s always going to do that under pressure. The key to girth I.m.o. Is to recondition the penis so that it also expands circumferentially (if that is a real word) just as easily, or perhaps even more easily.

I am really interested what was/is your routine for those tremendous length gains.
You’ve gained girth also with your routine which I would happily welcome too.

I re-read my post, and some of it wasn’t very clear or easy to follow.

I am 54, and have been manipulating my penis for years. I do remember during my teens being around the 6.5 inch mark in length. I always had a base girth of 5.5”

When I started to serious try and improve my size (for a number of reasons, I firstly used to hold my erect shaft under my thigh in a sitting (on a stool) position which did eventually alter it’s conditioning and I started to see length gains. I’m not really sure how long this took (along with all the other manipulation techniques) and I suppose it was the teasing of the occasional “flash reading” that spurred me on to get repeat readings, and after a lot of work, eventually they became real gains- I have to say that while reading many quotes on the internet saying that penis size increase was just not possible, I started to disbelieve this as I now had the proof in my hands!
During this slow gain in length I also did notice an increase in girth, but nowhere near the same as the length, first 5.6, then 5.65 and so on- very disappointing.
I also took notice of how my penis became erect, and the process was gradually changing from the “anytime anywhere” erection to something that needed far more erotic stimulus, ie porn or a decent woman. Sometimes with porn on a bad day things would not be great (penis exhaustion?) or mood, yet in a seductive situation, mere kissing would get me a great hard on.

What I am tying to say here is that it is hard work and dedication that will ultimately get you there, along with an understanding of exactly what it is you are trying to achieve. I also came to realise that there is a growth/time factor, that regardless of what you do, you aren’t going to fast track! That was until I came here and started reading the posts, going away and analysing the information.
Firstly, I would tell you o try this routing for a few weeks- and let me know how you get on. Get your penis to full erection, enjoy it for a while, and once very warm and happy chose the point in the cycle where you have achieved that feeling of fullness but your erection is going downhill. Now take things to the point of 80% of full capacity, and do this- get one hand, and gather as much of your muscle from as far down as you can get, and lock of the system with a killer grip using the side of your little finger on your lower muscle, and your thumb on the topside- it really has to be lock in, and then kegel any more you can in before locking off for good. Now the tricky part- get the palm of your other hand, and push the head down towards the base- forget about length- feel the width- I am talking a LOT of pressure, to the point where things go extremely red, and then hold for 20 secs. Remove hands, and your cock will fall apart from the workout- but, it WILL spring back after a few mins and it will feel different- and once revved up you may notice an increase in length too! I certainly do. I would start very carefully, don’t overdo it, and gradually do some cool down stuff, and then zip up and forget it. Doing this exercise (and high pressure twisting) I have got as far as serious spotting, but you will notice an improvement the next day.

Sounds like you are pumping without a gauge and if so, that is probably why you have donut issues. This is a really good pump from products4men. You want to get the metalvac pump with one rimmed straightwall cylinder for $125 and that includes shipping. Choose your cylinder diameter from the above thread. ( 10 inch X 2 inch :) )

Note: The standard size cylinder that comes with that package is 9 inches long, but they have 10 and 12 inch cylinders available so make sure you clarify when you order. I think the 10 inch will be OK. They have an email address and phone number posted on the site.

I appreciate the link. I bought the penomet on a whim and now realize there were much better options. The first pump I had ended up being too short so I went the penomet route. Even in that pump I hit the end when under pressure so I’ll be sure to specify when I order the next one.

Manual work is something you will want to try too, maybe before you invest in a pump set. Some guys do VERY well with hands only girth work. These are all advanced exercises. I am linking to members descriptions.

“Horse 440’s” is another one you hear about around here but I don’t know about that one.

I would choose more than 10 inches of length for the cylinder, sometimes their measurements are a bit off, and you certainly won’t have problems with an 11-12 inches cylinder.

I would definitely give a real go to squeezing exercises as ska tool suggested, when done properly Uli’s, manual clamping, Horse Squeezes are awesome. Technique and consistency should make a difference. Jelqing is probably the pillar of most routines.

I would be interested to hear from anyone that has had experience with an elliptical cylinder. Since you are looking into buying a new Cylinder, it might be worth looking into. That thing really looks like it could put on some serious girth.

As long as you are not packing the cylinder, your cock has no idea what shape the container is.

The Penomet looks identical to the Bathmate and both of those devices are capable of very high pressure but of course have no gauge to monitor it. It is the reason why you are getting your fierce donut.

Once you get a pump with a gauge so you can monitor and control the pressure you use, the donut will be a thing of the past. Unless of course, you continue to pump to high pressure. :)

I am short on funds so I built a tube and have a pressure gauge on. Did a session last night and had HUGE temporary expansion that lasted until this afternoon. No donut at all. This could be the ticket. I’m going to be careful though

I know the results are temporary (currently lasting over 24 hours) but huge signs of success so far. I’m being careful not to overtrain. The wife has already commented several times about the extra girth. Loving it!
