Hi there,

Bathmate only PE for all of 2016 netted me some unremarkable girth gains (I’m only interested in girth as I’m pleased with length). It did at least condition me well for this year when I gravitated exclusively to manual work (Pumping for my body is like using a toy.. Nothing sticks, and I find the largely fluid based pump mentally addictive, making me not want to sleep with women unless I pump first. A recipe for poor mental health).

April 2017 I got serious and systematic, working for many months with Big Al. Six months of PE netted me a .1” increase in girth. For all I’ve read, girth is a long game, so I’m happy with this.

It was October just passed that I finally found ‘the routine’ that clicked. .2-.3” of temporary girth expansion (with no pumping), great PIs (e.g., next day flaccid hang), and steady predictable sessions with high EQ.

I’ll be measuring monthly, but I just have this sense I’ve found a routine to stick with, while resisting the urge to add other movements to race.

5-7 minutes warmup

40 five second squeezes
20 ten second slow squash jelqs
5 thirty second ulis

40 five second kegels

After I measure on Nov 20, if I haven’t seen any growth I’ll add some bundled stretches at the beginning. If a few months pass, I will add clamping, which I have practiced enough to perform safely and effectively.

Just sharing my excitement and introduction to these forums, whose overall experience of users I have learned resonates a bit better with me than pegym.

Indeed, for most to gain girth the main requirement is time and patience. Over 0.5” gain in EG could be considered a very dedicated person.

At what schedule are you running that routine on?

Typically one day on, one day off. Sometimes I’ll do two days running or take two days off, pending schedule, energy and libido. Every few months I’ll take 3-5 days off.

Great session last night. Had an evening of higher than average libido so took advantage and enjoyed some added work (10 min. Clamping):

40 five second squeezes
20 ten second slow squash jelqs
5 thirty second ulis
***10 min clamping with edging
—-
40 five second kegels

+.44” expansion while clamped (5.25”), felt great. Good PIs. I think I may swap out the ulis for clamping as this movement feels great and I’ve long since been conditioned enough for it.

Becoming more pragmatic, I’m looking into some sort of ADC. Not to the full extent though, just perhaps a few hours post session to start on the proposed basis that healing while engorged encourages cells to adapt to expansion.

Also have noted that unfortunately this years girth work has pronounced a slight bend. I will be changing how I use my hands and emphasizing bends to the right with my SSJ sets, while also taking care to only masturbate with my left hand. My also add a bundled stretch in the beginning, only to the right.

I’ve continued with my routine. My detailed Excel log helped keep me encouraged. One big factor is that the temp gains post session are consistently *so* much greater than they were last April (e.g., 4.8” vs. 5.19”). I think it’s possible that I’m gaining something like .1” every 6 months. Honestly, I’d be happy with that if I knew it was true, and so I’ll keep going. In a few days I’ll be 2 months into what I know to be the most effective routine I’ve run.

This week I stopped measuring post session. It becomes crazy making. I truly want this to be a practice that builds from the idea that “I like what I have, and I’m grateful to make any gains I do.”

I think I’m going to take one post-session, and one permanent/rested measurement every couple months or so. In April it will have been one year!
