Update after 20 jelqing sessions

Hello all,

After some days off because of over sensitivity and some pain, I finished my 20Th session 2 days ago. I added below the 22.08 measurement.

Starting stats 20-07-2015: BPEL 6.75 ” NBPEL 6.1” MEG 5” BEG 5.4”) add note: BPEL depending on curve and pressure between 6.75 (17.15cm) and 6.89 (17.5cm); NBPEL between 6.1 (15.5cm) and 6.3 (16.0 cm)
Stats 22-08-2015: BPEL between 6.97” (17.7cm) and 7.05” (17.9 cm). NBPEL between 6.1” (15.5cm) and 6.3” (16.0 cm) MEG 5” BEG 5.4”.

So maybe.. I gained some length, not for sure yet because maybe this is a result of differences in the pressure applied with the ruler and fluctuation of EQ. Will continue with the second month of linear newbie routine and will report back! I’ll be patient and consistent.

I hate when I see posts like these. You are truly above average size. Your limited sexual experience was all negative it sounds like. I promise you, most girls think that is a great size. Only size queens and just plain hurtful bitches make comments like that about a man’s penis after / during sex.

Still, I am almost the same size as you and I want more like everyone else here.

Just don’t let those couple of negative experiences keep you from having a normal life in that aspect.

I think your short term goal is definitely achievable. Consistency is the key.

Also take pictures, you don’t have to post them, but having them to remind yourself where you started from will help you appreciate all the many, many, many, hours it takes to transform your manhood.

Two things stand out to me.

Please keep in mind lots of folks would trade for your beginning size. You are just shy of 7” BPEL.

150-175 sexual partners is an extreme outlier. Extreme. That’s almost in unicorn, mermaid and 13 inch territory.

It is a lot more common these days.

Thanks for your reply and realistic view on the topic. Because of this forum and reactions like yours I now have a more realistic view, I realize that I just was unlucky with the woman and that the changes are very low that I will meet another size queen with that many sexual partners, demands and expectations. Indeed my experiences with those hurtful bitches controlled my life for a long time. Ready to start living.
I hope you will gain, and reach your goal. Because I had basically no gains after one month, I read some more on the forum, and realized that I didn’t jelq on an adequate erection level, maybe only 20-30%. Will jelq on a 50-70% level the second month and see if I can gain something. As you said consistency is the key, after I found the optimal jelq technique of course ;-).

Will take a picture for future comparison. Makes sense indeed, if you invest so many hours, that you have at least some visual ‘evidence’.

Thanks for your concerns. I will keep that in mind, that I must be very content with my beginning size. Some extra length would be great, but my priority is on girth.

LOL at your second remark, very true, and it brings my experience in perspective, changes are low that I will meet a girl like that again, I guess that for ‘an average modern girl’ 20-30 partners is more the standard. But what do I know..

Update progress: second month linear newbie routine = after 40 sessions

Hello all, I post this update for everyone who’s interested in my progress.
After the first month I noticed some changes, but questioned the possible gains (different pressure ruler, improvement EQ).
I measured today BPEL between 7.05” (17.9cm) and 7.12” (18.1cm)! So, although my skeptical minds says otherwise (despite all the posts and proof on this forum.) , the ruler says that I gained around 0.2” since the beginning. Gives me a strong boost to continue! MEG and BEG still the same (respectively 5” and 5,4”), no gains yet.

I will continue with the linear newbie routine next month, one day on one day off (.and hopefully many months after that until I don’t gain any more, (0.1” a month would be great!)).

Update after the 3rd month, 60 sessions, linear routine, 1 day on 1 day of.

Hello all, had a consistent last jelq month. Feels thicker, and the measurements says it is a little..

Stats 14.11.2015:
BP: between 7.05” and 7.12”
NBP: between 6.3” and 6.5”
BG: 5.5” (+0,1 regarding beginning)
MEG: 5.06” (+0,06”), while max clamping for some seconds 5.165” (no previous measurements)

So no length gains, and it looks and feels like I have the first girth gains. Cannot imagine how big a 5.5” must feel or even bigger.. Maybe the future will show..
If it will continue like this I maybe reach my goals for the first 6 months. My hands are aching to start with 2 on 1 linear routine, instead 1 on 1.but I know that in the long term this may mean less gains.. I will start 2 on 1 if I don’t have any gains after the 4th month.

I will post here back again after the next month. If you have any comments, advises.. Please feel free.

Hello all,

Hereby the update after 4 months of 20 jelq sessions each.

This month I didn’t experience the shredded-structure-feeling after a session anymore, maybe my member becomes conditioned and I need to increase the stress.?

Stats 2 jan. 2016:
BP: between 7.12” and 7.16”
NBP: -
BG: 5.5” (same as month before)
MEG: 5.06” (same as month before)

Seems that I have a slight increase in BP length. I will therefore continue with the linear newbie routine; 1 day on 1 off.
Plan to increase the stress as soon I don’t have any progress for one month; 2 on 1 off.

Update after 5th “month” 20 jelq sessions each

Changed my routine after 10 sessions this month. I switched the order, I now start with warming up, then jelq, and stretch afterwards. I also increased the number of jelqs to 3 x 50 (instead of 3 x 35) and 1 or 2 times 30 sec. Down stretch in between (had no fatigue feeling or strong morning erections anymore, which came a bit back after the adjustments). Will continue this schedule. Hope to gain some MEG. However it loos like I achieved my first length goal (7,15” BPEL) within 6 months time. Every increase is a bonus for me, and I will consistently continue. I have the time. Did not had a break longer then 4 days the from the beginning.

BP: between 7.2” and 7.24” (slight increase)
NBP: -
BEG: 5.5” (same as month before)
MEG: 5.06” (same as month before)

BEG: between 5.6” and 5.7” (0.1” -0.2” increase prior month)
MEG: 5.1” (0,04” increase prior month)

Will continue the seventh jelq set with the same routine as past month.

Don’t beat yourself down on your size. I am a little bit shorter than you and I made my GF squirt and told me that has never happened to her. Your experience were with whores, sorry to say that, you will find that the best love making experience will be with a women who truly really love’s you for who you are and nothing else. This is how I feel with my current GF. She is great in every way and makes me feel comfortable when I thought I was small in my size. Good luck.

Thank you for your warm words. I yet have to experience a next sexual contact since the last girlfriend with over 150 bed partners - before PE. I am however convinced (because of this forum and the perfect statistics threads) that my size is just good for most woman (prior and current size), and I indeed had some bad luck with my minor experiences - those whores you mention :) . PE has become more a personal goal, to see what is possible, to experience a bigger penis. Awesome work! I’ve been needing some encouragement to get going on my routine again, and seeing how well you have progressed really fuels my desire to get serious about this again!
