Damn, seriously considering dropping the basic stretches after your reply on my thread yesterday and after reading your thread just now. It’s just that I got this idea about stretching in each direction stuck in my mind, also I use quite the amount of force so too late to take it ‘easy’ I guess. Will do my manual routine a little later and see how I feel after the initial A-stretches are completed.

One thing I wont change though is finishing off with my 60 dry jelqs as I think it’s those that are giving me this superb EQ all night long.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

One thing I like to know, maybe you said it and I missed it, but do you stretch 30min in one session? Or is ir scattered trough the day? Also same question for A stretches you mentioned. Thanks!

Sometimes yes i stretch 30min in one session. But when i am really busy or have privacy problems i scatter my routine trough the day and thats what i do with the A stretches too.

The 60 dry jelqs at the end its really good to balance the loss of EQ. I finish with edging.

I have been getting ready to start the Newbie Routine but after reading this it seems like I should skip the jelqs. One question though about the stretches. If you hold a stretch for 30 seconds, and then do the same stretch for 30 more seconds, how much time are you leaving between the two?

Jelqs are very effective for both length and girth and they will boost your EQ. When i started i had no privacy and i wanted fast length gains thats why i skiped jelqs.

How much time? Lets say 7-10 seconds to restore my grip, but it doesnt matter.

Those 60 dry jelqs are also great for getting the blood flowing back into your unit after your stretching routine.

Most of the time no. I dont include the rest time, but because i need 10 seconds to restore my grip in every set at the end i add 5 minutes extra to be sure. So 30-35 min total stretching time.

Thats the key: long stretching time with not so much force.

I try not to measure until the end of the year for motivation.

I measure only my BPFSL which is now over 20 cm.

You inspired me to read through the entire 28 pages of marinera’s tips and tricks thread and I finished just now. I understand what you mean about long stretching time with not so much force. I learned a bunch of other useful exercises like all of the fulcrum stretches as I’ve read through the thread.
I think I have a better sense of direction and better confidence to keep going now. I overdid with the force and have experienced some negative indicators for a day or two recently but after taking three days rest everything came back to normal. Will do less force and ease in. These stretches are very pleasant and I want to keep doing them regularly so I better not overdo anything.

I am glad that i helped you. Marinera’s thread is gold, i want everyone who start with stretching to read it.

Dont overdo it, remember that you apply more force than you think with your hands. PE takes time and you know it, more force will not speed up the process.

If you need more advise about the fulcrum stretches feel free to ask.

are you using any kind of tube as your fulcrum or just doing the basic wrist A_stretch?

you basically stretch to your bpfsl and stay there for 2-3 mins instead of the typical 30seconds stretches with much force that most people do.
seems like an interesting approach.

I want to use a bottle of wine for my fulcrum stretches but i have no privacy so i just do the basic A stretch, but i move my penis higher where my hand is more thick. The truth is that the fulcrum should be thicker than the wrist to allow the penis to stretched more.

Yes i just hold my penis at my bpfsl length and that allows me to go for longer sessions because i dont fatigue my hand so much. Although i stretch with more force than my bpfsl at the last 30 seconds of the 2-3 min set.
