I am affraid that patience is the only advice i can give you. Three months is just the start. Keep doing the newbie routine. Erect gains is a slow proccess.

All at once. Although now i dont stretch for 30 mins. My routine nowdays most of the time is something like: 30-40 mins all at once and then later the same day i add another 20-30 mins.

I dont use heat. At this stage of my life i dont have the time and the privacy to warm up or to do jelqs. My only concern is to reach my time under tension goal every day.

Another thing that i find very important is to really become present and focus during my workout. With this my workout is much more intense and its a great way to clear my mind.

Got any really good threads you want to link that helped you from RBS? I’ve read most of marinera’s posts but I hadn’t heard of RBS until you linked him earlier.

What’s your total time under tension goal for each day? Do you feel like you’re gaining?

I linked this thread because it was very practical. I dont find the other RBs threads very useful. Most of them are about the LOT theory so are pretty much useless. Others are about hanging and i am not interested.

I find very interesting though that this guy managed to gain 3.5 inches in length. If its true then i switch my goal to 10 inches Bpel. LOL!

Imagine to find yourself in a situation where people discuss about that its impossible to enlarge the penis and you have to live with all that the mother nature has given you.

And you sit here without talking knowing that you have increase your penis 3.5 inches.

Hello Gentlepsychopath, congratulations for your effort and gains.

I am a follower of your thread which has inspired me to do manual stretches with a V grip, trying to hold them as long as a possible. In a previous post I had described my routine which is approximately 20 minutes of stretches (mostly Downwards), doing sets of 3 minutes. I am using IR lamp for heating at the beginning and in the middle of the routine. I am also doing piss pulls during the day.

After doing this routine for 2+ months, 5 to 6 times per week, I did gain 1cm in BPEL. This is awesome and I double checked by making multiple measurements on 2 different days.

At some point, I felt my penis being tired and over-trained, so I decided to step back for a week. I came back with some stretches and I am seeing a problem with the color of my glans. After a stretch set, even of 1 minute duration, the upper half of my glans becomes a very dark blue color (almost black) and the other part becomes almost white. It is a bit scary to see and I am sure this did not happen during my previous 2 month period of PEing. The glans was getting dicolored because of the grip, but mostly red and definitely not that dark blue color at the top. This dark blue and white colors on my glans will go away after I release the grip and play a bit with my penis. I have also had a good erection the day after this happened.

I have researched the forum and found out that this is not a good PI and obviously happens because of the grip being too strong and/or in the the wrong place (I v-grip just below the glans). The strange thing is that it started to happen suddenly after 2+ months of PE.

I would appreciate any help on this guys. Did any of you have a similar experience? Gaining 1 cm in the first 2 months was very exciting and now I want to continue with this journey, but want to make sure that safety comes first.

First of all congrats for your gains. 1 cm is a blessing. Keep doing exactly what you are doing, things are working.

I get this dark blue color on the glans too after a heavy stretching session even to this day despite the fact that i am conditioned enough. It has never been a problem since it goes away very fast.

The red color that you describe is something that i have experienced too. These things never stopped me to continue with my stretching routine and they go away after some days even without rest. Although you can take 2 days off and massage your glans under warm water.

Never forget the rule to relax into the stretch, dont try during the stretch to hold it by applying more strength to the grip. Put your no stretching hand over the grip for support. The most common mistake is to squeeze your glans with your grip. Instead just push your glans downward with your grip locked. Thats the best way to describe it.

I have recently started fulcrum stretches using a 1” pvc pipe on my lap for 1-2min holds. hope this helps break my plateau .


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

Good choice to start fulcrums. I believe that downward fulcrum stretches(A stretches) are more effective.

I have the belief that someone can achieve really big gains only with manuals. The best device to lengthen your penis is your hands. You will reach your goal if you are willing to put the effort.
