Hello everyone!

I’m GalacticaActual, and I’m thrilled to be here.

Erection quality has always been an issue for me, so I’m really getting into PE more as a potential solution for EQ. Getting hard is not usually an issue, but staying hard through intercourse has been a problem.

I’ve made lots of generally positive changes to improve cardiovascular fitness and general health. I’m working out 4-5 times a week, generally three lifting sessions, 1 sprinting workout (running or swimming), and one longer run or bike ride. Dropped thirty pounds over the past two years, so I’m in pretty good health. Morning wood has returned a good bit more as a result, but maintaining an erection is still an issue.

Here’s the routine I’m starting with, 2 days on, 1 day off. Suggestions are most welcome:

Day 1:
150 kegels, in groups of 25, 20 short (0.5 sec), 5 medium (2 sec)
50 wet jelqs
70 jelq squeezes
Four short pumping sessions, very low intensity (5 minutes, 3-4 in Hg)

Day 2:
150 kegels, groups of 25, 20 short (0.5 sec), 5 long (10 sec)
Massages (pubic, perineum, testicles, base, underside of shaft), 3-5 minutes per area
Four short pumping sessions (5 minutes, 3-4 in Hg)

Day 3:
Four short pumping sessions (5 minutes, 3-4 in Hg)

Days 4-6 are the same, except on Day 6 I’m taking a full day of rest (no pumping)

I’ll post some starting measurements in a day or two after I get my hands on a tape measure. I’m taking a bunch of supplements as well to help with EQ. Gingko biloba, garlic, ginger, ginseng, green tea, tongkat ali (cycling 4 days on, 3 days off), Vitamin D, krill oil, magnesium, and Vitamin C. Taking a break from the supplements on the weekends, and will take monthly “semi-breaks” every couple of months. My diet is pretty locked in as well…mostly “informal paleo” I’d call it.

I’m also experimenting with cock rings. Any advice or recommendations on these are welcome.

ANYWAYS, enough of this tome. I’m ready to do what is required to fix this problem. And if it happens that I gain an inch or two of girth and/or length in the process, then I’m cool with that too, lol. But really just want to have stronger, more reliable erections. Going soft in the middle is a serious drag.

I’m not familiar with whatever you’re referencing as your last line there, but whatever. You’ve probably found this before but I just want to mention. Going soft during sex can be due to an overstimulation of the sympathetic/orthsympathic nervous system, which means you’re not relaxed enough. Have you tried adjusting your sexual positions to alleviate loads on your arms, legs and back? That and breathing exercises helped me significantly when ED type issues struck me. I was actually too excited. Nowadays I just overheat. Good luck and welcome to TP!
