Hey guys I recently took a month break and when I came back I was a little bigger than before

And clue why ?

That’s something pretty common.
The amount of rest gave your unit the chance to completely heal the controlled damage and finally show his new size.

It is recommended to take a month break after a long time of PE.

Very common.

Just note what you did and do the same again.

For example, if you were on PE for 3 months and you let 1 month off, you may want to follow this pattern again, cause it gives you results.

Only you know what you did, so do the same again.

I gained only like .1-.2 in the month break

That’s phenomenal considering it happened during a reconditioning period.. Gains are gains!

In my opinion, that shows you were doing PE properly, allowing for perfect healing and not messing up your EQ by over training..
