Gains permanent?

Gains permanent?

Long time since I was here and maybe this is interesting for the forum.

Short story:
- Started seriously PE exercises at 2008. Starting at 5,9 BPEL X 4,5 MSEG.
- Had a pretty consistent gain over the period to mid 2012 and was very serious about my exercises. Mainly did hanging and clamping. Peaked at about 7,3 BPEL and 5,4 MSEG.
- Became less serious and lost some gains until end of 2012 when I was 7,1 X 5,3.
- Completely stopped until now and just measured. Back at 6,5 X 5.

As you can see, not all gains are permanent but some are! I actually thought it was not going to be permanent but pretty happy I was wrong.

Yes I do. Shocking my penis right away, testing a new session and see how it works out.

Single clamp X 2 sessions on 10 minutes. Break for about 1 hour then hanging 2 kg X 2 sessions of 20 minutes.

Warming up of course etc.

What do you think you could have done differently in order to maintain and cement your peak gains?

How fast approx. Did you reach seven inches after beginning?

12/2015 - 160x128mm (6.3x5.04ins)
