Gaining like crazy

Exactly, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.

After a particularly intense stretching session today I measured in just at 7NBPFSL. I’ve since lost that length, but it’s great to actually see it. This tells me that there is a 7 incher in there, possibly more. Has anyone else seen post workout increases of .5” or more?

Great job chronic! It’s inspiring to see someone overcome a plateau like that only to come back 10x better. Stretching is harder to master than it seems at first and I believe that for most of my PE career I have been doing it ineffectively. Every day I feel as though I’m getting better at all of the basic techniques, so I hope to experience what you are experiencing soon! I believe CervixHunter claims a .5” gain after his stretching sessions in his steady sustainable lengthening thread.

Wow. Is people like you that inspire me and show me that I don’t have to settle for what I got. I read those threads and now I look at PE in a completely different way. Can’t wait to implement these new ideas in my routine :D thanks to you of course. If you don’t mind me asking; how much have you gained in the past couple of months since changing your routine?

Some very nice gain. Are you doing a warm-up each time you stretch?

Thanks guys. I haven’t been using heat every time, but the times I do I get notably better tissue expansion. I don’t know exactly how much I’ve gained since my plateau, but I do know that my current method is effective.

Some stats to share. Before the plateau, my NBPFSL was <6. Now before a workout it is around 6.4-6.5 and post workout its 7-7.25. I don’t really keep track of other figures, but this one is going up so I believe I must still be on the right track. Good luck on the gains gentlemen.

Awesome man!!! I’m beginning to learn my 2 biggest mistakes in the past. 1.) Trying to multitask all the time with PE instead of being present and focusing on the task at hand. Now if the stretch doesn’t feel right I reset and start over where before I would just continue it to get the set over with. 2.) Trying to “bully” the gains out like firegoat mentioned instead of staying relaxed and coaxing the stretch out. Keep it up. Has any of your gains translated into BPEL yet?

This just goes to prove Sparkyx right when he says, less is more.

I mostly do jelques. I found that I was doing to many. I only do 80 reps, 3 times a week, and this feels good. If I get a good hang on one of my rest mornings, I sometimes throw in an extra set.

You are doing well, young padwan. My only comment is, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Keep on doing what you’re doing, and don’t be tempted to change it, so long as the PIs are good.

I'm fed up of having a signature!

longerstretch,

I have noticed some NBPEL gains, unfortunately I made the rookie mistake of not taking initial measurements, or pictures. When I started it was around 3.5-3.8. At the time of the plateau, it was stagnated around 5.2-5.3. As of now it’s around 5.6, give or take.

BPEL is a whole different story. 1st thing to note, I’m 345lbs. At this weight there is and has always been a discrepancy between my BPEL and NBPEL with BP always being fairly higher. These days, post workout, it tends to fall in a range of 8-8.25.

I think you’re right. The most important thing to pay attention to here are PI’s and the gains.

Hey chronic, I’m sorry I don’t know if I misread you, you went from 3.5-3.8 to 8-8.25 now?? In what would be almost a year of PE??
That’s impressive it I read correctly

So you have a massive dick its just buried in fat. Have you thought about weight loss as well as PE to gain size?

There are 2 figures at play here: NBPEL and BPEL.

Yes, I have a program I’m going to be starting in the hopes of reaching a 6”< flaccid, geared around heavy lifting and short intense bouts of cardio. If I can convert half of my BPEL gains to NBPEL, I’d be a happy camper.

Thanks for the advice chroniccrunch for the thread, and firegoat and marinera for the usefull tips long time ago.

I was doing some wrong stretches. Initially in the end of last year I returned to PE routine and my PI was fine.

Then in recent weeks my measures just stagnate. I was applying to much tension in the ligaments (until fell certain pain).

My hands usually get tired last weeks too.

I’ll now change the pressure in the ligs and do low stretches, just to elongate and hold it for a hour.

Feel free to share your results with me after a month or so. I think you’ve got a good plan. Best of luck on gains.
