So here we go, this is my first serious attempt in PE. I must admit, I am a non-believer. I won’t acknowledge that it really works unless I will see results by myself. I want to believe but I can’t help thinking about it as a hoax of some sort as it’s too good to be true.

This is a top priority goal for next 1-2 years of my life. Why? Because the size of my penis has been a huge (hehe) concern of mine ever since I can remember. I’m almost 24 and I’m still a virgin. I’m handsome, funny, have a lot of friends, I can clearly see women being interested in me and even flirt with me but I will always pretend I’m blind to this fact or that I’m not interested. I was told many times by my friends and family that they think I’m gay because they can’t understand how I never had any girlfriend. They don’t understand my problem because I don’t tell anybody. Only one of my female friends know about it and she told me it shouldn’t bother me at all because there’s more to me than a cock and other things that guys like me have heard before but never accept.

My size is 5.0 x 4.3.
1 year goal - 5.4 x 4.6.
2 year goal - 5.7 x 4.8.
Ultimate goal? 6.0 x 5.0, I’il be more than satisfied if its less though.

Realistic? We will see.

I really have hard time accepting my current size. I am a much more confident man compared to who I was before but its not enough. Depression, extreme social anxiety, suicidal thoughts and other problems, it’s all past me. I dealt with it, I survived, I’m so much stronger person but the real problem remained and it’s attached to my crutch.

I’m going to go with modified JP90’s routine. 2 days on, 1 day off, minus V-jelqs as I don’t think its that important for the start. If I change something I will let you guys know in this thread. I’m not gonna measure any time soon as it’s not recommended as far as I know. Just be sure I’m going to persist.

I would recommend starting light, and with the newbie linear routine, have a good read about positive and negative PI’s!

I would say you need to embrace the reality that the size of a penis in relationships is incredibly superficial! The vast majority of girls don’t even cum from a penis alone - big or small. And when it comes down to it they’re all so unique in what gets them off emotionally, psychologically and physically. Don’t miss out on experiencing that because you think that your very normal penis is gonna somehow let you down.

I’ve run into a similar mind space, but it just led me to read a fuck ton about how to please a woman, it won’t take to long after much reading to discover you have very little to actually worry about.

Do you watch porn and masturbate? Might sound like a weird question but no fap curbed my social anxiety…

Yes, this is more of a process to me but I still set myself goals to keep myself motivated and record progress.

It’s okay, I’m not a newbie. I joined in January this year, it’s just that I wasn’t consistent. My penis is well conditioned for JP90’s routine so there’s nothing to worry about in that matter.

Not a weird question, a very accurate actually. The answer however is no and no. I’ve done nofap 2 years ago and its exactly as you say, it cured my anxiety to an extent since it wasn’t the only thing affecting my mental state. I don’t masturbate because it gives me negative effects like brain fog, fatigue and believe or not sudden confidence drop. My social anxiety is gone as I am now and appears only on rare occasions and contexts. The only anxiety I have is regarding my penis.
