Hello fellas. New to the PE scene so thanks for having me. I have been lurking on the site for a while now building up the motivation to start up my PE journey and get in the routine of it.

Think I finally have found the motivation, just moved to a new city to start a business and don’t know anybody in the area very well. Figured I’d take some of the social time I would have before and use it to improve myself, by having a bigger slong.

I’m a big self improvement guy. As of the past few years iv went from being a low life druggie/pothead to a guy that’s hungry to make the best life he can. Iv been looking for things to grab a hold of to make the best life I can and figure having a big slong could be a good one. Let’s do it.

I’m 22 and I think the first time I measured myself was about 20. I always knew I was above average and felt thankful of that. There have been times in the past year or so that iv measured and probably was a little too gracious with the measurement. I considered myself to be around 8x5.5.

I have done two very light newbie routines in the last 4 days (I’m gonna start with every other day to begin with) and measured myself today while I was masturbating. My erection quality wasn’t the best but ill start with what I got today, and if I see massive gains in the future I can attribute a little bit of it to erection quality.

As it stands now: 6 & 11/16ths NBPEL, and about 7 & 3/4 BPEL with a picture that had bad quality so I’m not sure if the last one is all the accurate.

Did not measure EG but in the past iv measured my mid shaft being about 5.5 (and that could be a tad generous), and I know my BEG is a little bit thicker than my mid shaft. Whenever I get the chance I will get a flexible tape measurer and find the measurements. Although I might have gained by the time I get around to it to be honest.

What I want to achieve: I would love to get to 9 inches NBPEL and 10 BPEL. With a girth of 7 or 6.5 inches.

Lengthy goals I know (no pun intended) but I do feel that it is possible. It’s been pretty refreshing doing the PE for the last couple of times and I have actually enjoyed it. I feel I am going to view it as more of a hobby than a chore, which is a good way to look at it to maintain success.

It’s all about the consistency from what I hear. Iv been successful at establishing positive habits over the past few years so I feel confident in my ability to stick with this. It is something I’m pretty set on mentally.

I don’t want to put all my eggs in this basket, but I am pretty faithful and confident I am going to be a fast gainer. Iv got a pretty good build and good genes and putting on muscle mass has always been pretty easy for me, although I don’t know if that translates to PE. I am already above average so maybe having more to work with initially will help as well. Also I hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week so I know what dedication it takes make gains in the gym and I consume a lot of protein daily from that so hopefully that will help too.

I would really like to go from being above average to being big. It’s something iv always thought would pay dividends with the ladies and would do wonders for my confidence. Now is the time to do it. I am looking forward to having a slong!!

I also am a recovering sex/porn addict so my overall erection health is less than 100%. So that’s a huge reason for me doing PE as well, to improve my erectile quality. Which will probably be even more appreciated than the increased size.

I am going to take it slow and be very patient with this thing. Less is more as they say.

My routine has been every other day and as follows:
-Over 5 minutes hot wrap
-Less than 5 minutes of flaccid stretching
-5 minutes of wet jelqs
-Less than 5 minutes of kegels (maybe 50 three second kegels)
-Over 5 minutes of hot wrap

I am going to stick with this for atleast two months to get a base to work off of. From what I understand once you build that resistance and do too much you can’t get those easy gains as you would’ve from just taking it easy from the get go.

I’d love to be one of those guys that could gain an inch just from jelqing. I’m no expert, but I think if there’s a way to do it it would be by taking it really slow. And doing more healing and resting than PE.

So here goes my journey. One day at a time to my potential of getting a monster slong. ;)

I would suggest one thing - get actual measurements as well as pics. Don’t go by you are about this size and being a tad generous.

Get an accurate size so you no what you are working with and what you have achieved :)

@Icecam- I absolutely agree about getting those accurate measurements. Unfortunately my erectile quality is not very good. It has always been difficult for me to get to 100% and measure. Let alone measure and take a pic :/

Okay so did a good workout tonight, it was nice and easy, felt good.

-6 min hot wrap
-One 10 second stretch in each direction
-About 35 wet jelqs
-6 min hot wrap
-Twenty 3sec kegels
-Five 5sec kegels

I think this is what I will stick with for a while. I only had a tiny bit of soreness while stretching. But as I said I am going to take it slow. This will be my routine for a couple months.

So I was sexting a girl from back home yesterday and she wanted some pics but I think I prematurely hit her with the unsolicited dick pic.. She didn’t text me back. I’ll text her tomorrow to apologize. Just goes to show being big is good, but it can be bad if used in the wrong context.. Lol.

Went on my first date in the new city on Friday, we went for “hot yoga”, wooh, that was some shit, more challenging than a 3 mile run lol, but is was pretty fun and relaxing and is a great way to meet women. I don’t really know any ladies in this town so hopefully it works out with this girl, if not I’ll probably fly solo to the yoga class sometime.

Other than that just getting ready for this business to open, we are shooting for this Friday.

Gym tomorrow. Might do another PE workout tomorrow night if my dick feels okay then, but will probably just keep it every other day for the first 2 months.

Another good workout tonight.
-6 min hot wrap
-One light 10 second stretch each direction
-About 35 wet jelqs (10 regular, then 10 overhand, then another 10 regular then 5 c grip jelqs)
-5 min hot wrap
-25 kegels

Nice and simple. Easy does it. Think how I did the stretching today was better for me. Just a tad bit of force on the stretch.

Really enjoying it. Just wish it wasn’t so obvious me going to the bathroom for 45 minutes before I go to bed. Also the water in the bathroom isn’t quite warm enough to be a hot wrap so I gotta heat up water in the microwave and take it in there. Eh, fuck it, no shame!

I know a bit how you feel as I too have been what you could call “decently well equipped”, but not what most would call “huge”.
I was almost exactly the same size as you when I restarted my PE about a month ago. I have been doing it on and off short periods for a few years, but not consistent enough to make any significant permanent gains.
Now on a good day I’m 7.9” BPEL and 5.9” EG.

I used to be super confident about my size, and I know I should be if you listen to the statistics, it was the basis of my self esteem (I used to be a lot less confident before I was told I was “hung”).
But then at a party a couple of years ago dick size came up and I discovered that I was the smallest one of the guys there (at least according to what they said, we never measured).
I was 7.5” along with another guy, one guy said he was 8” and the last guy said 8.5”.
I felt crushed - didn’t the statistics say that was bigger than like 95 out of 100 guys or something?! I’d never thought I’d find myself in that situation.

The years went by and I came to terms with my size and was almost completely content with it, I mean I know it’s more than enough for the ladies, I’ve even hurt a few.

I just felt like it would be nice to hit 8” (or 20cm) in length since it felt like a nice round number, it was mostly my OCD talking.
If I could hit 6” girth while at it that would be a nice bonus since it would put me at the mythical 8x6.
I didn’t think I would have the patience and dedication to aim higher but .5” in both girth and length felt doable.

Now when I’m nearly at my goal, I talk to a friend of mine (a girl) who I hadn’t talked to in a while, she had become single since last time we spoke and had had some time to have some fun with a couple of guys.
Well it turns out that out of the four guys she had been with one of them was “8+ inches” and another “9+ inches” (“I measured it on my arm”) and she didn’t mention it as being too big at all.
I know that ladies sometimes unintentionally exaggerate or misjudge the size of the member in front of them but still, it still got to me since I don’t think her measurement is that much off the mark.

My head was spinning - Is it supposed to be this common? Isn’t 9” supposed to be “too much of a good thing”? Maybe the “club” I was in wasn’t as exclusive as I thought.. Was I even IN the club?

I’ve collected my thoughts and have now had to adjust my long term goal to 9”x6.5” (or as much girth as possible).
I know it’s silly but I want to feel “rare” again.

Dammit.

No worries brother didn’t mind it at all. I think you might be overthinking things a little bit though man lol. Try not to compare yourself to others. Just do stuff out of your own want to be the best you can be, id say.

But I def can relate, id like to have the wooly mammoth lol. Maybe one day we’ll get there.

Okay so I got off track with the business starting up. Mainly from just being super busy and absolutely exhausted. Which caused me to lose my motivation on all the things I do to better myself and raise my standards, outside of the actual business of course.

But iv been back on track the last few days and building momentum. And was able to get a workout in tonight.

Iv had the same routine and I don’t feel any need to change it. It’s done well and I was really noticing an improvement in erectile quality before I fell off for the last couple weeks.

I am going to try to build the ritual of the PE every night as I’m getting ready for bed. I was really enjoying it. And it felt good tonight too. And the vision of having a gigantic slong down there is such a huge motivation lol.

I will post on here again soon. Now that the business has started, and we are seeing success I’m able to relax a little bit more and get some energy back.

Isn’t this how it always goes. Of course you’re going to be the smallest there, if a fourth guy would have been there he would tell you he’s 9 or 10, always outdoing the other. Nobody is going to admit they are average. So every time you hear someone claiming to be bigger than your goal you are going to up your goal to pass him by? There won’t be an end to it then. You’ve been with women that you accidentally hurt, that should speak for itself. Looking at the statistics you are in the ”club”, unless we mutated in the last few years and suddenly everyone is packing more. There will always be people out there bigger or better than you with something specific but not accepting that will drive you mad and you will never be satisfied with what you do have.

To add to what he was saying, a lot of guys lie on and about their dicks especially when they are younger talking about how much pussy they get. But like Peaky says their will always be someone better than you out there, evolution is always happening around us, open your eyes and be more confident in yourself and live in the moment. Okay so did a workout, just my usual. I was jacking off this morning and I think iv gained a bit. Not sure how much, but I know I’m right at 7 inches NBPEL and a bit under 8 BPEL. Maybe 7 3/4 BPEL. When I hit 8 inches BPEL without a struggle I know I’ll have really ” made it”.

Here’s the workout
6 min hot wrap
One 10 second stretch in all directions
35 jelqs
-10 overhand
-10 underhand
-10 overhand
-5 c grip

Hot wrap and then doing kegels now (posting on here is a good reminder to kegel)

So I guess my immediate goal is to get to 8 BPEL and be able to do it without a strain. The fact that iv gained a little bit with a very light workout and some inconsistency is encouraging to me.

More as it comes.

Did a workout two nights in a row. First time iv done that. Felt good. Probably still gonna do every other day, so I’ll take the next two days off and then back to it!

Did the same workout. Except two 20 second stretches to the left to counteract my ever so slight curve. Also a few extra jelqs. Back to my original workout next time.

Slow and steady.

So I took some time off. Not intentionally. Just lost motivation and discipline for it. Did it last night with a nice workout. And masturbated 2 hours late. Man the difference in erectile quality is like night and day. My EQ was absolutely on point.

I’d like to have that from now on. I’m gonna try to build the habit of putting in the time with PE. Time really does fly so what’s 20 minutes every other day? And in no time a few months will pass and I’ll have me an extra inch down there and amazing erectile quality. (Hopefully)

I too have been on hiatus for a while as I was out of town visiting family over the summer with not enough privacy to continue my workouts.
Got home a couple of days ago and have gotten a workout in, feels good man.

To those who replied to my comment:
Of course you’re right, I’m over thinking things and there’s always going to be someone bigger or better than me. But, well, isn’t it human to never be satisfied or always be questioning yourself?
I might have given too much credibility to the size claims due to the fact that it was a girl who reported them from first hand experience with nothing apparent to gain from exaggerating - I mean what good would it do for her to lie about it?
I’ve begun questioning the plausibility of it all though, as her new bf apparently is even bigger than the others “like 9 inches, some positions are out of the question”. I mean what are the odds of her meeting one 8”er and two 9”ers out of 5 guys? Not impossible but certainly very unlikely. Maybe she’s exaggerating to make her sex life seem more interesting or to see what reaction it has on me (I dated her friend, she knows my size)?
