Hey guys. I’m 22, and Asian. I’ve been visiting this forum for quite a while but I’ve never really committed to doing PE. But lately, I feel the momentum building up and I told myself.. "Whatever, let’s do this”. So, I’m posting here to have social commitment to what I’m doing and to have constructive feedback on my routine.

PE Routine:

2 days ON, 1 day OFF: [4] days in
5min warm-up: hot cloth (hot water heated)
5min stretching: 5 directions 30 sec each, Up, Down, Left, Right, Front
10min Jelq: oil-based (baby oil), 150-200 reps, depends on the mood, standard ok-grip.
Kegels: Distributed throughout the day. I’m still weak, I can’t hold it for a second so I’m discouraged in incorporating it in my active workout.
Total active workout length: 20 minutes

Starting size: BPEL: 6”, MEG: 4.5”
Short-term goal: 6.25” x 4.75” (Just to see if PE really works for me, or if I’m doing something wrong)
Long-term goal: 8” x 6” (77.78% volume growth)
New Game Plus: 9” x 6.5”

Not sure if manual stretching 5 min every day could do anything. I’d drop that and start slowly hanging for length. 10 min Jelq is great place to start. Baby Oil is a very poor lube IMO.

I got the 5 min stretch from the newbie routine. I have yet to research about hanging. Thanks for the tip.

Newbie routine is the best place to start. And the social commitment of interacting in the forums makes a huge difference for many guys.

The great thing about kegels is you can do them whenever and where ever. I used to do them during my commute.

Thanks for the reinforcement iamaru. Next thing I learned in the past few days is about the PMGR and AMGR post by Mr. F. I think it’s really helpful. With that, I’ma start measuring every rest day (three days) from now on. Although, I think it’s kind of hard to see the 1mm increase every week or .1 inch every month. It’s a very miniscule difference that’s bound to be affected by variances in penis size as caused by mood, nutrition, or daily fluctuations in physical health levels.

The gain’s I’ve made came from manual stretching . If manual stretching didn’t work for you ,it doesn’t mean that it won’t work for others.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Good for you. I am sure that you worked very hard for gains. Congrats. Is just an opinion and suggestion, as I did not consider hanging for years after jelqing. Hanging is great if done correctly, but is more intense so one must start slow and sensibly.

I would avoid baby oil for jelqing. Vegetal oil is better.

Marinera, what kind of vegetable oil are you using? Do you mean the vegetable oil that is used for cooking? Or is it an umbrella term for other plant-based oil?

Alivegeta, you gained 1.3” in length but only 0.2” in girth. What was your routine? Are you in some way, trying to focus now on girth? If not, why? If yes, then how do you plan to do so?

Ease into everything. Maximizes your possibilities of gaining along the way.
With a too fast climb in intensity you will have less room to grow as the dick gets used to it too fast.

Any advanced exercise should be done after a conditioning phase for some weeks or month(or as long as you are gaining stay with it)

Just use an oil most natural to you and your enviroment. It shouldnt itch when it is left over a bit on the skin.

I use coconut oil (RAW, since I use it for cooking and eating out of the jar) and it works great. A little over a teaspoon is enough for my unit, which started around your current stats.

It’s my 8th day and I feel like I’m starting to get used to the routine. I’m thinking of adding more to the routine not because I want to see gains faster but because I feel like I can do more. It’s the same feeling I get when lifting weights and I finished my session feeling like I could have done more weights or reps. But, I understand that PE is on a whole different dynamics so I’ma just stay patient with this routine. So far, what I’ve added is just add more minutes to my warm up. ^^

When I deplete my baby oil resource, I’ma try other lubricants. Thanks for the suggestions. I do notice a little bit of the itchy feeling after the routine.

I’m still thankful that I finally had the balls to commit to this routine and track my progress. I used to do PE routine only whenever I felt like it and I know that wasn’t going to get me anywhere. Good thing there’s a forum like this to provide a support group when you know it’s hard to trust anybody in real life.

Nice , stay consistent , posting on your log on a daily basis should help you with that.
