Hi everyone, I started PE on 22/02/18 and I intend to be strict and persistent, applying a mathematical approach to PE.

My routine: A very slight modification of the Linear Newbie Routine
Schedule : 2:1, I will call 3 days (2 on and 1 off) a cycle.
Warm up : 5-8 minutes hot shower, I do some kegels during warm up, good or bad?
Stretches : Very light static stretches, 10 secs in each direction adding 5 secs each cycle
Exercises : Jelqs started with 10 adding 5 more each cycle.
Warm down : 5 minutes gently stretching in circular pattern under hot water (still in the shower)*
Kegels : Whenever I have time to kill (on the bus)
Ejaculation: 3-4 times a week, I could limit it to maybe twice a week but any less and I start getting wet dreams. (19 years old)
Additionally every time I use the bathroom I give some attention to my little buddy, gently stretching in a circular pattern for a few seconds and doing kegels until fully erect.
*The circular stretching was suggested by an arab whom I met on the train. He convinced me PE works and inspired me to try it. But I will trust you if you say I should drop it.

I will try to measure every 4 cycles for a start.
Any advice, suggestion or critique is welcome. Especially about edging, and ejaculation.
I am heading to the shower for the first session of my second cycle. (C2S1)

I talk a lot and ask a lot of questions. :D

In that case I think I asked him for strange, rare and weird things that are common and normal in his culture/region or about himself, and he mentioned a few things, PE amongst them.

I should have mentioned it was an overnight train, and the journey lasted 6-7 hours.

Cycle 3
Cycle 3 was a bit hard, as I tried not ejaculating for a few days, I got erect fast during jelqs, so I had to do them in segments.
C3S1:
Stretching according to plan - 28 secs in each direction; 3* 7 (21) jelqs, with one minute rest between them, so erection goes away. It should have been 18 jelqs total, but I added extra to compensate for the break.

C3S2:
Stretching according to plan - 30 secs in each direction; 2* 11 (22) jelqs with just over one minute rest. Should have been 20 jelqs total, but I added extra to compensate for the break.
I decided to add some ballooning (~15-20 minutes) which I use as a warm down.
My first ballooning attempt was good and pleasurable, done under hot water. The combination of both led to my penis getting harder than ever, with huge visible veins all over it, it felt bigger than ever. I decided to end it with some good ‘ol ejaculative masturbation, to avoid wet dreams.

Update after Cycle 4 (12 days):

BPEL 16.3 cm - no change

EG 13.5 cm - slight increase (0.1)

Although there seems to be almost no change, I am confident I have gained some volume. When I measure EG I do it at the thickest part of my penis, which is midshaft, and my base was much thinner. Now it looks much more proportional, but it is still thinner than midshaft.

I have noticed my flaccid is noticeably longer and much thicker. (I am a grower)

All in all I gained no length, little midshaft girth and a good amount of base girth. Hopefully after my girth gets “equalised” I will start gaining length and midshaft girth.

Has anyone else had a similar experience ?

Sounds like a good plan. I wouldn’t force yourself to measure every 4 cycles - as that’s only 12 days. You may drive yourself crazy doing that.
Most guys here would agree that measuring too frequently is not a good thing. Many stick to 2-3 months between measurements.
I would put the measuring tape away and measure only once a month or less. Maybe on times when you are going to change your routine, then measure before you change and then wait and measure to see whether the new routine made a difference or not.

Good luck. You’re young and have plenty of time to see good gains with consistent and careful effort.

I think I overdid it a bit with too much pressure during jelqs on C5S1 and I’ve had slight pain/discomfort at random times during the following day, so I decided to do 2 rest days on C5,

Pain is still there and today I should be doing C6S1, but I think I should skip it. It feels like I have overstretched a ligament.

On the other hand my flaccid is a fair bit longer and much thicker than before, EQ has dropped somewhat, but not drastically.

I did some ballooning (10-12 minutes), had 2 dry orgasms and now I’m going to leave it be, since I didn’t ejaculate my unit stays semi-erect, and is very arousable, hopefully this extra blood flow will speed up the healing process.

I will do some more ballooning before bed, to keep it engorged while I sleep.

Update

It’s been a few days now and I still feel some pain/discomfort from time to time, but I will continue PE, switching to a 1 on 1 off schedule with reduced intensity, and occasional edging/ballooning session until I no longer feel any pain.

Update

I am keeping up my 1 on 1 off routine, with occasional ballooning, so far it’s looking/feeling good.

Also I masturbate much more often, but I ejaculate less often thanks to ballooning, which in turn made me much hornier and arousable, with frequent erections or semi-erections.

However EQ is a bit lower than when I started PE, maybe its normal.

I decided to follow oldjake’s advice and measure once per month for the first 2-3 months, then I will start spacing it out further.

My routine remains unchanged, and it seems to be working, I measured last Sunday - BPEL 16.6 cm (>6.5”) EG 13.6 cm (~5.4”), furthermore my dick is getting thicker at the base, almost as thick as the rest of it (it used to be noticeably thinner). This is a pretty small growth but it’s enough to keep me motivated.

On a side note I am interested in pumping, but I need a way to do it discreetly as I don’t want to explain this to my roommate. Any suggestions ?
