Forger's Routine

Every time I hit the shower (home or gym) manual stretches.
At home obviously its more intense.

Home (morning) = Stretching at 12/9/6/3 o’clock A/V stretching, BTC. Until “ligament clicking” (10 mins)

Gym= Quick 12/9/6/3, particularly 9/3 and BTC (cubicles obviously..) - Try to make it short but intense.(2-5mins)

Home = Stretching at 12/9/6/3 o’clock A/V stretching, BTC. Until “ligament clicking”. (5-10 mins)

And 100 jelqs every night before shower. (3 seconds)

(Increasing the number of jelqs by 10 every night.)
