Fool Potential's Routine

5 minute warm-up with heating pad. Manual strectch 3 minutes each so,sd, dl, dr, su. Then btc a few sets 3 minutes each. All of the above I do with the heat pad. Then 3 inverted v-stretch, and 3 regular v-stretch - 1 minute each. Maybe some jai stretchs. Then wet jelqing 20% erect, straight down alternating hands, with no kegel for maximum stretch - 5 minutes. Then start kegel and reach 60% erect and more wet jelqing - five minutes. Then 5 Blasters. Warm-down five minutes.
