Flaccid Gains with NO Erect Gains

I’ve been following the newbie routine strictly for close to 2 months. My erect measurements have not changed one bit. Although, I have noticed a definite increase in my flaccid length, my goals are based solely on erection length/girth increases.

I have had zero negative PI’s and wondering if anyone has any positive insight or suggestions.

At this point, Id be happy with even just an 1/8in increase in either length, girth, or both.

It does take time you know. Try 6 months more.

My flaccid has definitely improved much more percentage wise than my erect size. Happy as can be though I’m gaining.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

Yeah stick at it. Flaccid gains are just a sign of erect gains to come.

I have never gained flaccid lenght, only erect. But then again, im quite a heavy smoker so maybe I have got bigger flaccid just not enough blood is flowing there, right?

I have personally found that the penis takes some time “getting used to” the working out thing. Just be careful and go slow, he will tell you when he can take more and really start to gain. If you are doing your workouts, and don’t feel like you’ve worked out, then you’re not working it out intensely enough (I say intense, because I don’t mean repetitions, I mean pressures/forces). Sounds like you’re not over-doing it because you have no negative PI’s.

I have noticed this also, you gain in stretched flaccid before you gain in erect. I think of it this way: The workout is PROVIDING the space for it to grow into by stretching things out. The erection then needs to grow to FILL that space. This is why I do edging sessions with a cock ring on to force-inflate everything for a time and get the erection to grow into the meat. Have you tried a rubber cock ring to see if your clamped erection better matches your stretched size?

I have a theory about smoking. What if stretching the penis provides the capacity/space to be bigger, but smoking blocks the bloodflow there so the extra space doesn’t help. This is why no flaccid gains. Could this be? I want to quit smoking, but it’s so damn hard. And some smokers gain flaccid lenght just fine and I’m stuck with this pathetic thing.
