Been doing little warm up, but (ensuring my privates were fairly warm) have been doing manual stretching for a number of years & feel I have a good manual stretch foundation to be able to start hanging! Been doing maybe 1 min sets x 3 every other day(or so)…I’m about to take this seriously tho starting TODAY! And am now warming w a rice sock (10 min) & Hanging w a homemade hanger consisting of a tensor wrap w weights fastened by velcro. Using 2 end caps from my dumbbells (estimating about 1/4 lb/weight for total of 1/2 lb.

Going to see if I can do 2x 20 min sets BTC or SD if BTC feels too uncomfortable to begin with….
