Obviously the plastic of a hair clip wouldn’t be strong enough but you get the idea. You would have two long handles out the front, like a waffle iron, to apply pressure.

Now if I can just find something commercially available that I can fashion into this I will be even happier.

In other news, I ordered a hand pump. Just the hand pump bit. I have any old Handsome Up pump, which uses a bulb pump. I have been told they are about 5 hg at best. They new one is part of a kit that you use to bleed brake lines in cars and should be able to get to 25 hg. Not that I think I will need that much suction, but I probably need more than the current system has to make the most of the I phase.

I’m not starting until the second week of Feb to make sure the R phase is completely gone from my previous efforts.

I’m liking the time efficiency of this routine.

While I think of it, what did you think the ligament pop was good for? I have what I call a ligament crunch, but I assume it is the same thing.

Everyone’s smart if they’re trying to fuck you over though lol. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who I thought was dumb unless they were given formula, dropped on their head or had a chromosome problem. I know police on average have less than average IQ but the fuckers ain’t all that slow either. Wisdom is a different story though, you can get old but not wise too

Hard for me to say SB. Some think they’re meaningful to gains, some do not. I don’t know. But…understanding that the objective of suspensory ligament severing is to cause penis lengthening, I do both Sumo Stretches and Bucking Bronco Stretches, both of which cause pops, in an attempt to simulate ligament severing. Remember what BIB said: “Release the moorings to let your ship out of harbor.” Not saying that there’s a cause and effect relationship between doing these pop producing stretches and my good gains, but I think there is.

Looking to build your’s TT, Pumping device, and will buy 3-4 cable clamps to do clamping exercise under the IR lamp(just like you).

Xenolith how do you avoid red dots/ spots when starting back on after a remodeling phase? Whenever I take a small break then come back I always have that problem and my exercises aren’t even as explosive as the ones you do. Is it the infrared that I need to get maybe?

I had a month off, R phase which is Remodeling or Rest. Lost virtually nothing in either length or girth, so I am happy about that.

Started back today with a new pump, with a gauge and capable of about 20hg.

So technically I am entering the I phase, which I think is inflammation.

I’ve already changed todays routine as I started with pumping and got too much fluid, so next time I will start with clamping, but it isn’t ordinary clamping.

So the next routine will be as follows:

I start at 1 click and begin to get erect. Once I have some erection I push the clamp into the base of the penis, kegel and add another two clicks (while I am still holding the Kegel and still pushing the clamp into the base). This forces the blood from behind the clamp into the penis. I repeat this process until I get to a point where I can push the clamp into my base and feel the clamp going deeper however when I release it the clamp is tight enough to not let blood out quickly. This provides a strong pressure in the penis and for me the pressure is quite pleasurable. I then add 5 clamps up the shaft to create the differential bends Xeno speaks of. This is kept in place for 7-8min. I keep pushing the original clamp into the base and Kegeling for additional pressure. The idea being to simulate the bends created by Xeno’s wooden devices. Two sets with about 5 min in between. Now off to pumping.

The new pump is from eBay and was $24. It is designed to bleed brake lines on cars. The connections fit straight onto the old Handsome Up tube and hose. As we are in the I phase I wanted more suction than the Handsome Up could provide, which has been discussed at about 5hg, to make sure I created enough inflammation.

I started at 7.5hg for 7-8min. Then rest for five min. I repeat at 8hg, as this seems OK and there was no ill effects at 7.5hg. I think I will use 8 from now on.

After the second set time is almost up I go to 13hg for 30 seconds. this gives a final stretch and allows for a measurement on the side of the tube for future comparison.

I now rest for 2 days and repeat. Once the measurement gains slow, predicted to be around day 11 by Xeno, I go into the P phase, which I think will be gentle pumping to keep the stretch for a week or so, then a month off in the R phase.

Lets see how this goes

So, playing with IPR myself I come to the place that if we are seeking inflammation of tissues and mild injury…is warming up a good idea? Or would it actually slow down the net purpose of the I-phase by preventing injury/inflammation?

I pose this question also thinking that more predictable inflammation may be generated after warmup but that it is much likely to be lessened overall. Your thoughts, xeno?

As I’ve started dabbling in PEFF pumping and I am debating warming up with low pressure for 5 minutes to see if I can heat the tube and then hold high pressures longer.
Or should I go cold tube and 1 minute of warmup to high pressure? (what I have been doing)
Or straight into the tube then lock in at high pressure designation immediately?
