Another thing that I should share about: BIB once told me in an email (paraphrasing) ‘…release the moorings to let the ship out of the harbor…’. Ligs are the moorings and “inner penis” is the ship. I understand the geometrical and mechanical constraints associated with the concept of “releasing the inner penis”…however, I am able to get a single, substantial lig pop every day…and here’s the rather simple rationale for continuing to exercise that daily lig pop: it’s more likely that a lig pop helps with length gains than it is that it hinders them. Even if the effect is completely neutral, for the 5 seconds that it takes to generate that daily lig pop, it’s costing me very little time.

Here’s what I do: I call it the Sumo Stretch: grasp shaft in overhand grip with both hands; I place left web of hand between thumb and pointing finger over the dorsal surface of the shaft as close to the base as possible; right hand grasps outboard of left hand, also overhand. Then I squat like a sumo wrestler does prior to the start of a match, while simultaneously pressing down hard with left hand and out and down with right hand. The I quickly (or sometimes a bit slower) stand up while maintaining or even increasing hand applied stress to the shaft. With rare exceptions, I get a strong lig pop every day with this stretch…like 95 out of 100 times. Coupled with wearing Cock Coils, it’s about the laziest, least effort PE I can think of :) .

It may be neutral but if you croak everytime you reach the deep squat position then that’s a whole different story.

Congrats on the girth. Thanks for the additional insights, details, and revelations on your routine too. Lots of good ideas for girth work. I just tried the Sumo Stretch, that’s a good one! Stretching like a hanger.

Yep, you got it BD; the SS and the particular girth work explained are, as employed together, an experiment designed to simulate the lig work of hanging (with the SS) and CC/CS work of hanging with the particular girth work explained…but with much less time investment than hanging…work smarter not harder (although haning is as easy as sleeping for me!)…it just takes a lot of time…particularly the way I do it with big months long breaks.

Of course, this combination of SS and intense girth work conforms to distraction histogenesis principals, a concept that has consistently demonstrated it’s validity in PE and of which I always incorporate into gains campaign design. The other implementation of this concept that I employ on and off, in accordance with IPR principals, is two CCs (one in front of the other) over two HTWs (with the top one curled back over the CCs to assist in retention of the stack of CCs, and the bottom HTW over the glans to keep it snuggly :) ) to keep the shaft stretched in the longitudinal axis during the day and then wearing one CC at the base to support greater than normal engorgement with nocturnal erections at night…distraction histogenesis.

BTW, I use 3/16” diameter CCs for the referenced application; perfect combination of ductility, weight and stealth; ductile enough to resist tumescence but still uncoil in response to it…easily coiled back upon subsidence.

Hey, I’m new to this site and just started PE. I just wanted to say thanks for posting your log! Seeing someone make such great gains is exceedingly motivational, and reading through parts of your log has given me ideas on how to go about things.


Starting [1/5/2016]: BPEL: 5.75 EG: 5.5 Current [2/5/2016] BPEL: 6.25

Short-term goal: BPEL 7 Long-term goal: I have nothing specific in mind, but I guess I'll attempt for the standard 8x6.

Congrats on that length gain, while doing what would be considered primarily a girth routine. I know you’ve been working on that clamping for gains in the length dimension for a while. Good to see it does work. After my recent hanging experience, I completely agree that lig work helps express and facilitate tunica gains as well.

Impressive girth gains, congratulations man. You developed a very technical approach and by the look of it, suit you and your penis very VERY well. Notice you have a very strong (naturally speaking) penis. Starting with 200 jelqs, woooof, that’s intense. If I had started with 200 jelqs my penis would suit me for “domestic violence”.

Well, my meatus kissed the CDS of my AndroBath this morning; yep I bottomed out my AndroBath :) . It’s official, Tiger is now 8.75” BPEL!

I really think I’m on to something special here guys: Sumo Stretch in the morning followed by tunica disruption with the Tunica Tenderizer, followed by (mouth suction assisted for relatively high vacuum) AndroBath session to maximally “flex” the disrupted tunica and then followed by two Cock Coil ADS (tunica held in elongated state) during the day and then one Cock Coil at base over night to intensify tumescence of nocturnal erections. The tunica is kept in a “confused” state with respect to stress regime.

Just 0.25” to go in both EL and EG to reach my long ago set goal of 9x7….awesome :woot2:
