Finally Found a Groove

Hey All!

Long time lurker, finally have Time, Privacy and Motivation to dedicate to PE. Focusing on manuals right now, will measure in a few (3) months to see where I land. I’ll actually be measuring for the first time on my birthday, so hopefully a great present will be in store.

Here’s my current routine
Manuals Routine:
Warm Up
5 Straight Down (SD) Stretches 30-sec each
1 Left, Right, Up and Straight Out Stretch 30-sec each
2 Clock Stretches, 1 Clockwise, 1 Counter Clockwise
100 Windshield wipers stretches (Doing a SD stretch and then pulling left then right), done with less force and 10-20 at a time.
Stretches last 10-15 minutes in total, but obviously with rests and shakeouts to maintain blood flow.
10 Minutes of Jelqing (getting to a number bores the poop outta me, so focusing on a time limit and having quality jelqs is more important for).

I do this twice a day on the belief of keeping things stretched out. Once in the morning and once at night. During the daytime (I never do anything to my penis when sleeping as that is when I believe it recuperates and actually grows) I’m wearing the AB silicone sleeve to keep extension. It’s wrapped around the Large sized Phallosan Forte bell so there isn’t any pressure on my penis head.

Additionally completely removed from touching my penis I have continued ball pumping and stretching. I got some lovely steel weights that are more compact and enjoyable to wear. Additionally, I’m not at 2 20 minute sessions of ball pumping. It’s nice because pumping provides good motivation but because I can’t currently penis pump, the ball pumping is keeping up my groove.

Any feedback on if you think this may be overdoing it is much appreciated! I’m willing to go slow to be safe.

So, for 8/3/18 so far I’ve done:

I’m curious, what is the reason you can’t penis pump?

Hey RomeoPlus. I accidentally pumped at too high a pressure for too long and the top left tip of my head got injured. So I have to do exercises that don’t put any pressure on that area so it can heal. I’m also heating it and massaging it daily.

Last night 8/3/18
2 20 minute ball pumping sessions

I should also add I add a currently 8 oz. Steel weight above my balls to work on stretching them into becoming low hangers.

And 2 25 minute ball pumping sessions at 3Hg.
