Finally Found a Groove

20/3 and 21/3 were rest days, intentional and unintentional respectively.

Having read up on other length techniques and the idea of continual stretching and fulcrum stretches, I’ve modified my routine a bit.

3 SD Stretches 3 minutes each, letting my penis “relax” into the stretch for a minute, then pulling further and letting it relax again. Planning to get these up to 5 a session

1 Right, Left, and 2 Straight Out Stretches 30 Seconds each

2 Right, Left and Down Fulcrum Stretches held 30 seconds each

10 rotary stretches left and right.

2 40 minutes ball pumping at 3 Hg

The fulcrum stretches definitely felt different than the regular directional ones. I didn’t feel any pain though, so that’s good. Should I be “easing” into fulcrum stretches like I am for the straight down ones, so less force, longer time?

For Ball pumping, got a 9 inch LeLuv 3.25” tube to help stretching the balls longer in addition to the overall expansion. This was brought about because after a session I was unable to reapply my split-shaft collar and they were looking less like balls and more like one big mass

I received a 2.5” diameter LeLuv tube to aid in pulling my balls down in addition to them expanding outwards. This is in an effort to avoid 1 big round sac and keep the testices defined.

Been a month since I posted, has not been a month since I last did PE. Feeling super great with wear I’m at right now. My first measurement is less than a month away now and I’m pretty certain I have gains.

Routine has been stable with increasing time. Here’s what I did today

4 SD Stretches 4 minutes 15 seconds each, letting my penis “relax” into the stretch for a minute, then pulling further and letting it relax again.

3 Right, Left and Down Fulcrum Stretches held 2 minutes 15 seconds each

Ball pumping still going strong, up to 2 1 hour sessions a day. Today is a “fun” day and I’m gonna pump for 4 hours spread across the day. Yay!

I AM SUPER STOKED.

Once again, been a while since last post, but I’m sure as sugar not gonna wait another month after this to post again. Why? Tomorrow is my FIRST EVER MEASUREMENT DAY!!!

I’ve dabbled in PE since I was 18 but never had the time, motivation, or both to see any results. But now it’s been 3 months and I’m ready to see what my work has done. I’m quite sure I can see at least a little growth based on the holding it as well as the location of my dorsal vein. Gonna be a good birthday, I know it!

My routine has continued steadily. Today I did:

4 SD Stretches 4 minutes 40 seconds each, letting my penis “relax” into the stretch for a minute, then pulling further and letting it relax again.

3 Right and Left Fulcrum Stretches held 2 minutes 40 seconds each

It may not seem like much but I’m continually feeling the stretch, my PIs are good and my flaccid is 100% hanging lower.

I stopped the ball pumping as 2 hours a day got super dumb so now all my effort can be placed on regular PE.

Welp I was right! Growth did happen and I am ecstatic! in both NBEL and BPEL I’ve grown .3” I’ll post pictures ASAP. A note though I will be taking pictures in centimeters now because it is more motivating seeing that progress.

I was never a PE skeptic but I couldn’t anticipate how awesome it feels knowing I grew my own dick!

Yesterday I celebrated but also reminded myself this is the first part of a longer, even more rewarding journey, so I’m back at it today.
