Final spurt toward my long term goal of 7 NBP x 5.5
6 years ago at age 18 I began my PE journey toward my long term goal of 7 NBP x 5.5 mid girth. Since then I’ve been doing a lot of on and off PEing, and gained roughly 0.8 inches of length and 0.2 inches of girth. I started out at 6 NBP x 5.1 so I am pretty close to my long term goal. For this reason I figured out I could might as well jump on the PE wagon again and try to finally reach that goal.

I will do a new measurement every 20th workout..
I’ll go with a pretty light routine but will increase the intensity over time. 2 days on, 1 off. Every now and then I’ll mix it up with 3 on 2 off.
5 min rice sock
20 - 60 % erection level.
3 - 5 seconds a rep..
Starting with 50 jelqs, and then I’ll add 5 reps every workout until I reach around 150 jelqs. From then on I’ll regulate my reps depending on my P.I’s.
Around 10 sec pulls in every direction.
Starting with 15 reps each day and increase with one rep each work out until I reach 50 reps.
Started 07.06.2008 with: 6.5 bpel, 6.1 nbpel, 5.1 eg.
Around 08.19.2008: 6.7 bpel, 6.3 nbpel, 5.1 eg
My goal: 7.5 bpel, 7 nbpel, 5.5 eg
