Final spurt toward my long term goal of 7 NBP x 5.5

Hello everybody.
6 years ago at age 18 I began my PE journey toward my long term goal of 7 NBP x 5.5 mid girth. Since then I’ve been doing a lot of on and off PEing, and gained roughly 0.8 inches of length and 0.2 inches of girth. I started out at 6 NBP x 5.1 so I am pretty close to my long term goal. For this reason I figured out I could might as well jump on the PE wagon again and try to finally reach that goal.

MEASUREMENTS:
Now:
NBP: 6.85
BP: 7.1
Mid Girth: 5.3

Goal:
NBP: 7
BP: 7.4
Mid Girth: 5.5

I will do a new measurement every 20th workout..

ROUTINE:
I’ll go with a pretty light routine but will increase the intensity over time. 2 days on, 1 off. Every now and then I’ll mix it up with 3 on 2 off.

Warm up:
5 min rice sock

Dry jelq:
20 - 60 % erection level.
3 - 5 seconds a rep..
Starting with 50 jelqs, and then I’ll add 5 reps every workout until I reach around 150 jelqs. From then on I’ll regulate my reps depending on my P.I’s.

Piss Pulls:
Around 10 sec pulls in every direction.

Kegels:
Starting with 15 reps each day and increase with one rep each work out until I reach 50 reps.

Was to lazy to warm up

Piss pulls (2 times, forgot it the rest of the times I took a piss)

I also want to add that I really try to focus when I do my jelqs and piss pulls. I believe this will make it more effective. I try to really feel what is happening, and I also try to visualize that everything stretches and grows.

I also use subliminal messages to hopefully aid my growth..

Another thing that I want to add..
When I compare my length stats now and when I started PEing 6 years ago I notice that the difference between my NPL and BPL length have decreased since that time. I found this weird but after some thinking I have come to the conclusion that there probably are two reasons for this. The first is that I use a different ruler. When I measured in the past I had a thicker ruler which made it easier to push the ruler closer to the bone and give a more accurate BP measurement. At the moment though I have a very thin and bendable ruler that makes it harder for me to push all the way to the bone. I am also much more happy with my penis today so I didn’t really care to try to push it so hard in. For consistency purposes I should have done that though so I think I’ll take a new BP measurement soon to get a more accurate result.

The second reason is that I am pretty sure my body fat percentage is lower now than when I measured in the past. Until about 1 and a half year ago my body weight have been a place between 80 and 90 kg due to weightlifting. I stopped working out at that time due to injuries and laziness so my body weight has gradually gone back to it’s natural level, and I am now weighing around 74kg. I checked d my body fat percentage in January when I was around 78kg, which showed that my percentage was 7.8%. Now when I weigh 4 kg less than at that time, I guess my level is even lower.

In other words, inconsistent BP measurements and a difference in the fat pad is probably the reasons for why my BP and NBP difference have changed.

Workout 3

Was to lazy to warm up again. I usually start my workout right when I wake up so it is such a stress to get my lazy body up from bed to warm up the rice sock.

Anyways..

Piss pulls (3x)
17 kegels.

I have noticed that my penis is in different states from day to day. Sometimes it feels kinda stiff and sometimes very elastic. Today it was very elastic so I really felt the stretch during the piss pulls. Guess that’s a good thing. Also woke up with good wood.

- 70 jelqs .. Forgot the number of jelqs I was supposed to take so ended up with 70..

Woke up with really good morning wood. When I did the jelqs I had to take a break on every 10Th because my erection level went too high. I felt like I was able to get a better stretch than usual on the piss pulls. My concentration during the exercises was also pretty good. So all in all a good workout day.

I’m really looking forward to see your first measurement after the 20th day of workout. I have a friend of mine who is reading about PE and asking me for some advice I might suggest your routine to him as a starter.

Cool, I really appreciate that. Keep in mind though that I have never followed this routine before so if it is a good routine for me, for a beginner, or for anyone at all is hard to tell. The newbie routine has a lot of reported gains so I guess that routine is a safer choice when it comes to gains.

When it comes to motivation though I think this routine can be a good choice to begin with. In my opinion, the first month towards a goal in every department of life is very critical. If you survive that month the plan you follow has started to develop into a habit and then it is so much more easier to follow it. Too many times I have started out with something, but then quit because the effort level required was higher than my level of motivation. You can see the same thing here too. A lot of the progress reports only contains some posts before the starter of the thread quit posting. By starting out very easy and slowly progressing you’re sure that you’ll stay hungry enough until the routine becomes a habit.

So my point is that the newbie routine is probably the best routine to start with if he is motivated enough to follow it, if not I guess it’s not a bad idea to start very light and then slowly increase the intensity. Like Arnold said: “Keep your mind hungry”

Workout 5

On vacation now so was a little more difficult to do what I had to do, but I found a way to work it out..

- 75 jelqs
- Piss pulls (2 x, I did the first set for a longer time than usual cause I was not able to do all the sets I was supposed to. I really felt the stretches, and my stretched flaccid right after both sets looked longer than usual. The reason for that on the first set may be due to the longer stretch period, so I’m not too excited about it yet).
- 19 kegels

I have also continued to try to keep a positive mindset both by using subliminal messages, and by telling my self that my dick is big, that it is growing, and stuff like that. I also try to visualize this now and then.

EQ today was okay.

Workout 9 - 13

Finally back from vacation. I’ve had crappy wi-fi most of the time so have been difficult to log my progress reports here.
I have managed to keep to my routine though, or a slightly modified one is a more correct description I guess, since time and privacy issues have made it difficult to follow the normal path.

Instead of the 2 on/1 off pattern I’ve normally followed, the cycle has been slightly different since my last workout (workout #8), and has been like this:
1 off
1 on (workout #9)
1 off
3 on (Workout #10 - 12)
2 off
1 on (Workout #13)

I have also mostly done the stretching in one long session instead of the usual pattern of dividing them into small sessions throughout the day.
I have kept to my normal pattern when it comes to jelqs and kegels though.
Here’s the log of my last workout that I did today:

Workout #13
120 jelqs
40 - 60 seconds stretches (I don’t keep track of the time while doing these stretches, I stop when I feel that I cannot stretch it out any longer, which I guess takes around 40 - 60 seconds for each direction.
27 kegels..

During the last week my libido has been crazy good. I’m horny like 24/7 and wake up with great morning wood. I’m not sure if I can attest this to my PE routine though since I’ve also been going cold turkey the last 3 weeks. No jacking off, no porn. So this is certainly a factor that has had a huge influence on my libido. Anyways, if my routine had been too hard I would probably have killed my libido even when going cold turkey, so I guess I’m doing something right.

I tried out a new dry jelqing technique today after reading about how the user RB had great success with it in the big gainer thread by BeardedDragon.
This technique gave me great expansion and I will experiment more with it in my next workout to see where I’ll go with it.

I also ended my cold turkey period last night lol. I tried to edge a little and could just not resist it anymore and went over the edge. After that I jacked off three more times to porn haha. The funny thing was that the combination of increased sensitivity from not jacking off in a while, my increased erectile strength from kegels, and my increased sensitivity to porn made me come insanely quick. If I’d fucked a girl in this state I would probably nut after like 2 seconds haha..

Luckily my libido is still pretty good today, and I am still pretty damn horny. I’ll try to stay away from porn and fapping the next days anyways though because I love the energy I get from it, and who knows, maybe it will aid my gaining in terms of PE too..

I’ll take the day off tomorrow before I’ll go with two on again after that..
