Fast first gain
Hello guys I’m going to tell a little background about me, so if all you interested is my gains and routine, go to the third paragraph =]
As you probably can see, I registered this form long time ago, in 2013 when I was about 18 years old.
But for some reasons, especially because I didn’t want enough I forgot about it, until about two and a half weeks ago.
My measurements from that time were about 5.7 inch BPEL and 4.9 girth at the widest place (about mid shaft).
The last year or so, I was under a lot of stress and I lost my shape and gained about 15 kilos (33 pounds), started smoking, and drinking more heavily.
About a two and a half weeks ago I decided to change that, and started a hardcore diet + intensive workouts regime.
My EQ became much worse over those 3 years, much softer, and when I measured my penis, it actually became a bit smaller =[ (~5.6 BPEL and 4.7 girth).
Frustrated from those result, I decided to give PE a go.
Started at 28/7 with:
5.6 BPEL, 4.7 girth
I measured only the length during a little me time ;) , as I felt much harder and bigger. To my extreme surprise, BPEL was 6 INCH!
Now Thats a 0.4 inch in two and a half weeks :O of course, large portion of that gain probably needs to be contributed to the increased EQ through kegels, but yet, I never ever before seen my penis reach the 6’ bar :)
I wanted to wait for a full month in to check my progress, but the curiosity killed me. I will wait till the 1st of September and make full measurements, and will update this post regularly from now on!
Unfortunately I didn’t took pictures, but tomorrow I will take some for reference and will upload those regulatory too.
My routine :
12 stretches for 40 seconds (8 BTC stretches, two regular (down and left) and 2 (down and right) -> In order to stretch the ligaments
10 minutes of dry jelqing , each stroke for about 3-5 seconds, I work with a stopwatch near me, and every time I need to “fix” my erections status (too hard or too soft), I pause the time.
4 times a week (2 ON 1 OFF 2 ON 2 OFF)
In addition I do 3 sets of 50 kegels every night before sleep, each kegel for 3 seconds, 3 minutes rest before every set.
So I am highly motivated right now!
