Hello, I’m new here and read the newbie recommendations.

I read about this stuff a while ago and have forgot about it while doing unregimented jelqing and pumping. A few weeks ago I measured and my dick was 8 inches, and it wasn’t always 8 inches. Very happy with that! Especially after some healthy reading here. I mostly would jelq every now and then in on the shower or before bed, and use the warm show to heat my penis.

I started trying supplements when I started going out with a really cute girl over the winter so I knew I’d perform without a doubt. That ended but I’d like to give PE a holistic revisit because it does make me happy when my dick is in good shape and thicker etc. I want to be in prime sexual health whilst not becoming deluded or wasting time getting the wrong idea with supplements and creams n all that. I bought this Mandingo cream off eBay and after reading this forums info I’m kind of thinking I should stop using it. Thoughts?

I turned 25 in April, and if my dick happened to become 10 inches and more girth (I’m at 6in right now) by 32 I would be stoked. Why not if there’s a chance it could happen I’d love to reach out and make sure I’m doing things right without causing long term damage down the road.

Basics..

Newbie routine, dry jelqing for me. JAI stretching.

I mainly would like girth and overall natural hardness sans supplements. Which I see is from balanced diet, maybe some supplement cycles, and exercise will do the trick as well as provide a more holistic life benefits.

I’m also quitting porn viewing as well as trying to find a way to feel the same way I do when I drink coffee (happy/lifted) without coffee.

I’m moving out of my house for the first time and feel very close to the life of my dreams.

Welcome to the club! Now these are some great starting measures, if I get you correct. Is that 8” BPEL or NBPEL? You start with 8x6 which is a wish number for a lot of folks in here. But PE is not about having a big one, it’s about building a bigger and healthier one.

Do you have an idea what were your initial measurements were before you started your randomly applied first PE exercises?

You mention you want to do JAI stretches. It’s a choice. I would rather start with standard 5-direction 30sec stretches. Dry jelqs is fine, if you’re circumcised I would try wet jelqs too. Just stretch before doing wet jelqing or you have to do intermediate cleaning :-) Start easy, 5min stretch and 5min jelqing is good for the first month.

Then heat: a shower is heat, but not that intense. Dry heat works best for me, I recommend the rice sock. That heat is penetrating really deep. Just have it built long enough, my motto is “from anus to bellybutton is just right”. Seriously! And heat up in the beginning as well as heat down at the end.

The standard newbie routine recommends a 2on/1off rhythm. As growth and recovery happens mostly during rest days, I strongly recommend to have a routine which always has 2 rest days in a row and starts with 1on/2off. I recommend too to upgrade the rhythm on a monthly base only without changing the duration of the routine itself. That would get you in the fifth month on a 5on/2off with a 20min routine (heat time included).

That sounds very easy, but PE has to be introduced as habit to your dick as well as in your daily agenda and you have to get used to it too. Keep a very detailed logbook of everything you do and what are the PI’s and how EQ is.

Talking of EQ: start doing a Kegel routine beside the PE. Can be done wherever and whenever. And it helps for even better EQ. Just like edging (without ejaculation) which helps overall in PE and builds more stamina.

Maybe the biggest difficulty is to stay constant. Measure only once a month and do not change your routine more than once a month. And if you want to be systematic, modify only a single parameter (like time of exercise, rhythm, intensity or type of exercise) when changing the routine. And as long as you measure growth do not change the routine unless you (knock on wood) have an injury.

You start to quit watching porn? Perfect, congratulations. Excellent choice.

Mandingo cream and supplements? At 25? I think your idea of trying to reach your goal without supplements and creams is great. Eat healthy and well-balanced, prefer self-cooked to processed and buy organic if possible. And do some mild cardio and endurance training like walking, hiking and swimming.

You have set a high goal for the next seven years. That shows you are a man of patience - a perfect match for success in PE. Add a good dose of consistency and a spoon of caution and you will find your personal way to succeeding in PE.

R69 I greatly appreciate your response especially the parts about the sock, consistency, and just having a healthier dick.

I don’t have measurements of before. I can get a measurement when I’m not all supplemented up, but I think its fair to say 8x6 are when I am to the max and pushing and squeezing myself etc to get the biggest measurement.

Very much appreciated though and just wanted to know I’ve taken your advice to heart.
