Hello, I’m completely new to PE, decided to give it a try

I’m 20 years old and I’m 5’6

I’m gonna be following the Newbie Routine for the next month or two

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap

5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)

10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)

5 minutes hot wrap

50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Starting: BPEL: 15.7cm MSEG: 13cm BPFL:11.2cm MSFG: 11.3cm

Good luck, man! It sounds like you’re already pretty hung, particularly for your height. Going to look like you’ve got a third leg lol! Really commit and be consistent and you’ll get gains. All the best.

Update 2: Its been about a week, EQ decreased since starting, I think I’m putting too much pressure on the ligaments when I’m doing manual stretches? I felt a bit of soreness occasionally. Should I be doing more kegels?

A little soreness is ok, but it’s a fine line between good soreness and an injury. Since you are a newbie, maybe just back off slightly to be sure. Better to be safe than sorry.

In regards to kegels, 50 a day is more than enough for most people… unless you are planning to shoot down low flying aircraft. ;)

Update 3:
BPEL: 16.3cm MSEG:13.2 BPFL:11cm MSFG:12cm

0.6cm increase since I started (15.7cm), I’m assuming this is just an increase in EQ. My BPFL has been pretty inconsistent (11.2cm,11.43cm,11cm),

BPEL: 16.2cm MSEG: 14cm BPFL:12cm MSFG 12.1cm

Been about 3 weeks, looks like I’m at a stable 6.3in from 6.1in in BPEL. I was pretty shocked with a 0.8 cm difference in MSEG (5.2in to 5.5in) today, however I don’t think this is gonna be stable in future measurements. I think I just had a higher equality erection today. I noticed my BPFL has been consistently longer this week as well. I think I’m just going to keep going with the Newbie routine until I plateau.

Smart man. Ride the wave of newbie gains. More doesn’t always equate to more, in terms of a routine.

BPEL 16.5cm (6.5in) MSEG 13.5cm (5.3in) BPFL: 11cm (4.3in) MSFG: 12.1cm (4.7in)

Looks like my MSEG went down 0.5cm from last week but I went up 0.3cm in length, Ill take that :D

Good job on staying consistent. Don’t change anything except for improving your form, especially on jelqing. Quality over quantity. You’re in the zone.

Update 6:

BPEL: 16.6cm (6.5 in) MSEG: 14cm (5.5in) BPFL: 11.7cm (4.6in) MSFG:12cm (4.7in)

Nothing too surprising this week, BPEL stayed more or less the same, MSEG went up from 5.3 to 5.5in which was hit previously in update 4.

MSFG seems to be consistently at 12cm since update 2. BPFL varies a lot, probably due to how recent my last PE session was.
