I just bought a Jes extender and I will start this log next Monday.
I will log by hours. I plan to hit 2000+ hours, at least 4-6 hours everyday, increasing tension/bars every 100 hours or so if no gains are seen.

I have extended in the past but stopped 1 year ago since my extender broke. I made some flaccid gains once I started extending above my BPFSL but really never put much into it.

My current stats are:
16,5 cm BPEL (6.5”)
17,5 cm BPFSL (6.9”)
12,5 cm Mid girth (5 “)

My goals are just to keep extending and see how far can I go. I would be happy with any erect gains.

Since my BPFSL is 1cm longer than my BPEL I will keep BPFSL as most important in terms of how further should I be stretching.
I will only stretch at a lenght/tension I can tolerate for at least 1 hour, if I can increase this I believe I will make gains. I will also use heat and manuals during sets.

First week was ok however I did some tear on the skin behind the glans, right where the noose attaches, its hurting a bit on the left side when I touch it, so I take weekend off and see if this heals fast and gets stronger.

Never happened before but its certainly due to very tight noose and friction.

Stretched lenght= 18,5cm, +1cm past BPFSL.

The noose, or for me the strap, is a bitch. When I first started I thought that the head of my penis was never going to be the same, as you know, it adapts. Still towards the end of the week I begin to get sensitive right where the shaft meets the sack, right where the base of the extender hits.

I logged 20 hours this week. I’m 530 hours in, been using the extender since June 2016.

Like you, I now take the weekends off, I think the break is well received.

Yes that also happened to me, I´m feeling sore at the base, when I press on the pubic area, it feels like the ligaments have been really worked even tough I mostly use my extender upwards.

Update. Also took monday and tuesday off to heal completely from skin tear, now its fine.
Hope to get 5-6 hours/day next week.

Been doing 45-60min sets with heat and pause to return circulation.

Tried to increase tension resulting in about a 0.5 cm increase on stretched lenght but slipping occurs more, will measure BPFSL next week.

Nice and straightforwardly log you’ve got here, I’m almost at the same starting measurements as you being 7” BPEL(17,78cm) and 7,5” BPFSL(19cm).
Gonna borrow your idea and always keep a total sum at the end there like you’ve got.

Keep us updated on any gains, I will definitely do the same wanting to see some serious BPEL gains.
Yesterday though it seemed like I was at 7” and 1/8” but will take further measurements at the end of the month to see if it’s for real, and hopefully even more.
The day I actually measure at 7,5” BPEL I’ll jump through the roof.

This is what I call a Solid Week!
Finally stretching comfortable at 19cm , increased a bit of tension, good flaccid hang, morning wood,good pi´s.
I will hit 200h mark this week!

Update

Finally hit 200hours, and there are some GAINS!

My BPFSL is now at 18cm (+0,5cm). Not sure about BPEL but will measure next time I got a rock hard one.

Just to add, right now my stretched lenght while on extender is 19,5 cm comfortable (1hour+/set) , so thats more 1cm than where I started.

This is fast progress and my penis is adjusting very fast to new tension and already producing gains.

I will keep on this setup for more 100 hours (roughly 3 weeks)

I like your schedule.

Honestly a bit on the fence on 7 days a week for any routine but your average of 5 hours is just low enough to avoid injury. I think you would gain better with 2 rest days through the week. But you aren’t amping up. Steady use, even if a touch high, can avoid injury as long as it stays steady.

Thanks my initial plan was to average 6h a day so that equals about 1000hours every 6months, but I may take one day off now and then.

I already have both BPFSL and BPEL gains, not much but if I reach 7” BPEL by summer I would be pretty happy.
