Having seen some images here and there and always dreaming about a “bit more”, I wanted to give this a shot. I started 6 days ago at 16cm NBPEL, 17 BPEL. I currently don’t care about girth (about 5cm), it’s just an extra. Routine is a mix of stretching and jelqing for 30min, 2 on 1 off so far. Stretching is far more “comfortable” for me though, I don’t know whether it’s technique, or preference. Anyhow, I’ll check back in about a month to see if I’ve made any progress. :)

In a months time I was able to gain 1/8th of an inch in girth and length. I’m not sure what that comes out to in CM but ill tell ya right now you can do it!

17cm is about 6,7 inches, 1 inch= ~2,5 cm :)

I’m pretty determined right now, just searching for a “handfree” activity whilst doing the routine :D Right now I’m just hopping around listening to music :) . 1/8 inch is about 0,3 cm. If I manage to get 0,5cm, I’ll already be chuffed :)

Quick short update

Haven’t stopped! One month has passed. Had 16 sessions, 13 rest days (also thanks to “the flu™” which still keeps my nose running at Usain Bolt speed.) . Basic routine was/is always about 20-30 minutes of stretching with sometimes 5-15 min pumping. I keep a plan. I just note down the routine for that day - but it’s not very interesting atm I think.

Anyhow. I didn’t measure yet, and don’t plan to for at least another month, just to keep me motivated and see actual results (to avoid speculation mostly).

Initial troubles: Soreness, just from “grasping” technique and also sore finger muscles in the first week :D . Yet, I do have to say, that a 1off 2 on routine sometimes just is a bit too much, at least for me.

Or simply cut back on your stretch time. 20 to 30 minutes seems like an awful lot. 10 to 15 minutes of manual stretching is plenty in my opinion.
