Elliott1225's Routine

5 minute hot bath warm-up, 5 minute manual stretch, 10 minute jelq, 10-15 minute light horse 440 jelq - squeezing and holding. Another 5-10 minutes of jelqing and massage, then warm down 5 minutes.

I kegel during horse jelq and warm-up/down.
