Just had my third session in a row. All I can say is that was intense. I received my cockring today and just started using it while edging. I was curious to see my BPEL after all that: almost 7,5 inches (not wearing the cocking anymore). I’m not sure I like wearing it though, it’s pretty thick. I thought it would be more “discreet”. Anyway that’s the first time I use it and maybe I’ll learn to like it later.

I’ve actually been using produce rubber bands. They’re the perfect size, though you might want to give them a good stretch before you put them on. They do tend to irritate the skin underneath them after awhile, but I think putting a strip of cloth underneath would solve the issue. They’re also a lot easier to get on than most cock rings.

I find them really helpful for jelqing, too. I put one around my balls, and it pulls the skin tighter. Keeps it out of my way.

Two little things:
1) surprisingly, when I put the cockring at the base (the thickest part, between 6 and 6,3”), it doesn’t have that slight clamp effect, as if I didn’t wear any cockring. Maybe that part of my shaft is just to strong. On the contrary, when I put it mid shaft (5,5”), my penis gets nicely engorged.
2) I thought I mastered edging but that’s a whole different story with a cockring: I get to the PONR really fast.

Just started week 3 of this month. Don’t know why but I feel my newbie gains will start declining this month. Those easy gains can’t last forever! Next month I’d like to try a new exercise for girth, as I don’t really see any gain in that department. If someone has an idea… I just don’t really know what’s the next step for girth: Uli’s/Jelq squeeze/wait more time before adding a new exercise? (I’m already jelqing at an 80% erection level)

I just realized that 50 jelqs was not that much. So up from now, I’ll add 10 jelqs every 5 days until I reach 100. I’ll squeeze a little harder too, as my grip has been pretty gentle until now. Hope that will unlock girth gains.

Just a little girth stats update: I was using a shitty ruler, and my starting measurements were not accurate. Now I use a piece of paper so I’m not influenced by the numbers. MEG as for now is 5,3”.

Not sure whether I’ll go 4on/2off next month. Actually I might even go back to 2on/2off (increasing the number of jelqs and maybe adding some Uli’s though).

Happy to see I’m still in the newbie gains zone. In fact, it was more like a 3-weeks month. I needed extra days of rest 10 days ago and I always take extra days of rest at the very end of the month. It seems like I gained some girth those last days. I went from 50 jelqs to 100 jelqs. The cockring at the end of each session may have helped too.
I decided to stay on a 3ON/2OFF routine and not to add ULI’s for the moment: 5 mins stretching - 100 jelqs - 20 mins edging with a cockring - 40 kegels/60 reverse kegels.

Never had such a big and heavy flaccid right after my session today. 2 minutes of firegoat rolls and it was back to a normal state though. Hope to see some girth gains at the end of the month. So far so good.

Edging with a cockring has felt incredibly good the last 2 sessions, as if there was more pressure than before. I do 2 sets of 10 minutes with the cockring on. Girth while wearing it is 5,5”.

Cockring sessions are ever more intense, don’t really know why. Maybe because I try to push it as far as possible against my pubic bone, and my BEG (something like 6”, maybe more) is way thicker than MEG, so the pressure gets higher. Instead of 2x10 minutes sessions, I do 3x5 minutes. I’d rather slowly condition myself.

I started warming up with an electric heating and keeping it the whole session. Today it took fire. Yes, PE is a dangerous practice if you don’t constantly pay attention! :D

As long as your PI’s stay positive and you continue gaining, you may want to keep your routine as is. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
