I was wondering if when I get up in the morning my unit is so hard it hurts is that a good sign that my routine is good or no. Or is that from the hanging?

Just follow the hanging guide, it says exactly what to do.

Thanks ,I appreciate the feedback I’ve been doing PE for about 2 1/2 years but still a lot to learn. The weights from auto extender are what I use I use both taped together and hang. I don’t know if it was the hanging that gave me the erection quality or the stretcher. I guess trial and error. Thanks for the advice.

In my experience, the TGC theory seems to kinda hold (even though it has been proven otherwise?!)

If you do length work only (stretching and stuff), your EQ will decrease.

If you supplement that with some girth work (jelqing, ..) your EQ will rise.

If you only do girth work, you will have bomb erections.

So I dont really know why exactly you are having stronger erections.

Perhaps just because of better general bloodflow - you said you have been doing it for 2 years already; perhaps the little change / the new routine is just right that makes all the things fall in place which lead to stronger erections… I can only guess… I am pretty much still a newbie! All I do is read hours upon hours daily!

I usually dont document when I release but today, after doing so when the time for PE/hanging came, my dick was really jelly-like.
It was quite floppy and plump too.
And this is not just today. Seems like every time I ejac. (especially twice in a row, forcefully!) my dick becomes like this for like 6-7 hours or even longer.

Just a little ranting, don’t want to pollute other threads…

In my signature, you can see that i am 7.95” | 20.2 cm BPEL.
That is my absolute max size with bomb EQ and best possible ruler pressing and whatnot.
So, with lower EQ, which I am having these days, I measure between 19.7-20 cm, whereas 20cm at best, if I press hard.
This is driving me crazy.
Its like I am soo damn close to my length goal. I need like nothing. +0.1” or 0.2” would be enough to be consistently over 20cm with
normal/low EQ.
But no >.<
Im sitting at this length for about 2-3 months already and its driving me nuts.
I wish that my lowest BPEL measurement would be consistently over 20cm. Man, that would make me feel so damn happy you guys cant imagine.

I think it was very wise by me to switch to hanging.
I am sure that if I had continued with manual exercises (like stretching), I would have ripped my dick off because of the impatience.
With hanging and following proper procedure, taking all precautions, its quite impossible to harm myself.

Just wanted to let some steam off.
I need some gains!!
Dont get me wrong though, I am quite happy so far with my gains and where I am at. Its just I am sitting right at the edge; from 10-something to 20-something cm.
Ugh >.<
God damn it!
Once I am comfortably over 20cm, I am sure I will stop being annoyed so much and I can comfortably continue without paying too much attention/energy to it.
Length gains after that can slow down even more, I couldnt care less then. But I think I would go up to like 20.5 or 20.8 or sth, max. Then I will know that there is no way
Ill measure under 20, with bad EQ.

Btw, bad/low EQ -for me- is a weak penis that is still able to penetrate.

The weight felt heavy. Again, session few hours after 2 releases.
Today morning, I had a raging boner when I woke up.

Today, no release before hanging - the weights felt lighter than yesterday.
In set 2, the weights slipped off, did not injure myself though.
The way I wrap seems to make it impossible for me to injure myself when it slips off…
The wrap is very thick and the pipe-clamp is clamped on the wrap in such a way, that its ~girth is bigger than mine so when it slips, it doesn’t touch my dick (the tip).

From readings I think since you got so much gains during with manuals likely due to utilizing a lot of force that you will start to gain at again at higher weights which are closer to the force you applied during manuals.

I came across another log where that happened. each time this user came off a break he did not experience gains util he got back above his previous high weight.
