My motivation was pretty much non existent today. It felt so hard to get to do it. I have no idea why.
Perhaps its because lately I have been doing it at very late hours.. at time where Im already very tired at.. hmm..
But my desire for a bigger dick is still there in its full glory!
I think Ill do the 1-week decon next week already instead of the week after.

Hey man I support that feeling of late night hanging, also I am just sick (on the boader of sick but it will heal quick), these two things have sapped my motivation… and the prospect of doing over 2 hours when there is other things to do. Take you break and resume I guess line up things to watch while hanging and good luck brah! :)

I am not quite sure whether my current next goal is to reach 8 NBPEL.
I feel like going up to 7.5 NBPEL for now and then switching to girth work - clamping.
My desire for girth is kind of on the rise!
I guess girth will take quite some time, so length will then have to wait,
during which I can really think about whether I actually want 8 NBPEL.
Sure, it sounds amazing but.. it might be very impractical and since I am not sexually active right now,
I dont even know where Im standing =/
So.. I think Ill go for 7.5 for now, slowly, without hurry and then simply switch over
to clamping.
Perhaps Im the type of guy that also gains length from clamping, I dont know.
It would be dangerous to start & test clamping at 8 NBPEL since I would have no other way:
to gain girth, I would have to gain additional length, which I would not want at that point!
Im just speaking hypothetically here, obviously. I know I make it sound like gaining is
easy, which its not..

PS: Perhaps this change of heart is also because of the recent drop in motivation.
I might change my mind again once I am back from my decon and am hopefully fully motivated.
Who knows!

My priorities have fundamentally shifted in the last few months/weeks.

Hey dude sad o see you go but I guess you will back, (the bug never leaves really).. please do some maintenance maybe twice a week.. I lost like half an inch or more from a long break with with no maintenance.. Getting it back was almost as difficult as getting it the first time. When you feel like doing stuff again maybe try my method and see how you get on :)

Absolute best of luck to you man you are a true gent. I am lacking the motivation a little these last two weeks also but I will keep going for as long as you perhaps :)

Yes I agree, I gotto do some maintenance work.
I plan on doing something like this every time I take a shower (usually 3 times/week), towards the end of it, because then I will be warmed up:

- 30s stretch: left, right, out, up, down
- 150 low EQ jelqs: this time, actually counting instead of timing
- 30s stretch: left, right, out, up, down

As you can see its very light, very basic and should not take longer than 5 to max. 10 minutes.
Hopefully it suffices for maintenance!

Now unto something else.
Whenever I came back from a decon, be it 1 week long or longer, I always measured between 0.3 to 0.5cm less my maximum length.
I usually attribute this to EQ loss.
My pre-decon max size was 20.6cm BPEL, today instead of measuring 20.1 to 20.3cm
I measured 20.5cm.
So, If my hunch is correct, I might have gained some, which I can observe after “restoring” my EQ over the next 2 weeks give or take.. through e.g. the maintenance work!
I’ll see..

I do not really intend to gain any more for the time being, as already stated, but if gains come, I will accept them. I will just not actively work towards them anymore. Just passive from now on.
Girth is still on my mind but the desire to work for it is not there. I will continue this maintenance work for a while now, a few months and see. If my desire for girth does not go, I will change the maintenance work to one that focuses more or exclusively on girth with the intention of maintaining but if girth gains come, they will be more than just welcome!

That Sounds like a really good maintenance routine man, go for it :)

And if you do go onto girth I think that will help keep everything also, maybe try my girth routine :-) I need more guinea pigs :D :D

I just wanted to write this down…
I am not sure but I keep having the feeling that I have grown yet again..
It feels so big, just today as I had a bomb erection and was holding it I was thinking to myself - is that my dick o_O?
I might have grown thanks to the decon. Not sure.
Most of the time, I am wrong though. Its like I am at a size now where I feel big no matter what - no matter whether I have gained lately or not. I should stop relying on my feelings from now on xD
