So I just got into the PE last month. I have the means and time for about 3hrs personal time to complete my PE workout for the day. Here is what I started on: I am 5 on 2 off 10 min Pumping for the first 2 weeks. I did this first thing in the morning. I bought a PeniMaster Pro and now am using the extender for 30 min sessions then pump my normal 10 min. I warm up with dry OK’s in the morning and when I take a shower after work before bed I am doing wet OK’s usually 15-25. Let me know if I should make adjustments guys I just do not want to cause any injuries. I have already has increase which I am assuming is just due to my meat not having this kind of attention before.

Welcome to the community and thanks for beginning your thread. I’m looking forward to following your journey.

You mentioned that you are just starting out and are beginning with pumping and an extender.

Have you put any thought into doing just a manual based routine consisting of jelqs and stretches before jumping into the gadgets?

Jelqing is a great way to begin PE.

I do not have the amount of time that would be needed from what I have read to commit to manuals…If I am off base correct me. I have a 0400 wake up and do not get home until 1800. I live off grid and have tons of stuff after work I must do. My thinking about the mechanical is that I can wear while working or on my way to work. I am open to your input.

The extender is certainly convenient, this is one reason I also use it. I can get stuff done as well as work while I do PE. So I understand.

Regardless, the jelq is still a great way to start, but we do what we got to do.

I think the PMP is an amazing device.

So I had a feeling I needed to take some measurements. I was feeling like my gains were over the top. I am not sure but I am having super crazy length gains…..is this odd or is it due to me not having any PE exposure to my meat? I am at 7.25” BPEL now i started last month at 6.5”…

I am going to take some measurements on the 25th of the month. I have changed up my time frames. I am getting a solid 3hrs in per day on the PMP. I haven’t touched a ruler but I am getting the sense that I am making gains still. I have not been pumping as much as I should do to travel but we will see.
