Well I have been fairly busy these past few days and haven’t really had time to PE. It honestly feels like months since I last did it but it has only been about 12 days. However I got everything back in order and my PE sessions will be starting again with weekly updates or maybe twice a week.

I’m definitely not giving up on this since so far I’ve had really good experiences.

You could use an electric heat pad:

Cheap, gets nice and warm quickly, and discrete enough. If anyone sees it you can come up with lots of reasons for having one.

I actually use that same one along with a space heater that blasts heat right at my junk while I jelq. Works great and I sometimes keep it on my lap while at my desk to keep my hands warm as well (getting cold up here).

A little late on the reply but thanks man. I haven’t been consistent this past month mainly because of some issues I had but I’m back at it. I will definitely buy the heating pad, till it gets here I guess I will continue to do my workouts without a warm up.

Monday December 5th: 5 minute stretching workout + 15 minute jelq session

Tuesday December 6th:

Decided to change my usual routine and follow Dickpushupftw’s routine.

5 minute stretch straight down
4 minute stretch straight up
3 minute stretch straight out
2 minute stretch down, up, out and side to side.

10 minute jelq session.

Wednesday December 7th:

5 minute warm up
5 minute stretch straight down
4 minute stretch straight up
3 minute stretch straight out
2 minute stretch down, up, out and side to side.

Today is the first time I added a warm up to my routine and I did notice a great amount of difference. I noticed that my penis wouldn’t get fatigued as fast as it did when I wouldn’t warm up. I also felt like I could keep my workout going longer since my penis still felt great, I didn’t wanted to overdo it though.

Haven’t posted in awhile but that’s cause we had family over for the holidays that I didn’t have any time to do my PE. Anyways no excuses so I started my routine again a few days ago and it’s as follows.

December 29th 2016
5 minute warmup
5 minute stretch straight down
4 minute stretch straight up
3 minute stretch straight out
3 minute stretch down, up, out, and side to side.
5 minute warmdown

January 1st:
5 minute warmup
5 minute stretch straight down
4 minute stretch straight up
3 minute stretch straight out
3 minute stretch down, up, out, and side to side.

Didn’t really add jelqs to my routine mainly because they make my member more fatigued and I have to take a lot of rest days for it to go back to normal. So for the time being I’m only going to be doing stretches. So far I have noticed a difference after my sessions my penis tends to hang lower and in the morning I have harder erections. I also noticed that the heat makes me not get fatigued at all which is a bonus, I still add rest days during the week though.

January 4th:
I took two rest days mainly because I felt that my penis needed it, and I didn’t wanted to overwork it.

January 9th:

I know I have to be a bit more consistent with my routine, that’s why I’m setting a goal that I have to atleast do my routine 3 times per week.

Just finished my edging session. Now every time I edge I end up ejaculating at the end, this was the first time I actually had a dried orgasm, my legs feel weak and all I feel like doing right now is sleeping. While pumping I got up to 6.5 in length today which was an amazing experience for me. I’m definitely more pumped (no pun intended) to continue my PE routine. Haven’t seen any permanent gains just yet but that doesn’t discourage me because my EQ has improved & my flaccid hangs lower now.

The reason I haven’t been able to go longer on my pumping sessions is because I don’t have a good pump just yet. However I’m getting a few parts added to the one I have now on Monday which should make my pumping sessions more productive.
