DSwizz - The Girth Chronicles
After a year and some change of pumping which only netted temporary gains, I got serious about adding girth. Thus began a new journey:
April 22, 2017. Starting stats:
I only seek girth, as my length is disproportionate to my preference. Since April, my routine has evolved from just warmup, squeezes and kegels to where it is now. I have gained .1” (4.81”) and my first major goal is 5”. My routine now consists of the above, as well as bundled stretches, slow squash jelqs, ulis and clamping. I am trying many different combinations, searching for a consistent balance of movements that nets the most expansion per session.
Thank you much for reading this progress log, and much appreciation to veterans who offer suggestions so that I may do the same when I’ve made significant progress.
