Im losing motivation myself from not seeing any gains in SFL for a long time.

Things are ok, I’m working on myself, going to the gym, try to meet women and general self improvement. I still feel sadness about my Pre PE size and it gives me anxiety lol. It’s just something that would never go away man. I’ll still push myself to improve, maybe one day I’ll come to terms with it.

I understand man but I dont agree. I think the penis grows at different rate for different people. And just in my eyes your gains are way too much to not be natural growth!

Maybe who knows, there are people who have gained a lot more and they were much older.

I’m taking a year off as a decon, time to heal, also to see if I would grow at all, even a mm.

Before doing that how is your EQ? With good erections really strong and bursting hard you will grow for sure without PE. Make sure to keep the erectin quality as high as possible during your rest! My EQ was bad for a long time and if I didnt start PE at this point I think I would have shrunk!

If you can I would strongly suggest buying a bathmate hercules (new model is called hydro 7) pump in your daily shower will give lots of confidence and gains in the long run and help the healing so you dont heal with scar tissue. There is no feeling better than looking at your dick when its fully pumped up, I bet you’d be above 7 in that thing and that feels good. Taking a look at your 7” dick slowly growing towards 8” every day, beats just letting go of PE if you ask me ;) I feel PE is work, but pumping is a totally different thing, pleasurable and confidence building and gives a “runners high” endorfine rush making you feel good and refreshed just like after a hard workout it’s a totally different thing.

Just make sure you get the right Bathmate the Hydro 7, The Hydromax series have a sucky seal and are harder to get a really good suction even though they advertise them as better, the cheapest one is best (I own both Goliat, Hydromax x40 and soon buying Hydro 7)

Update measurement on the break.

Mu eq took a hit but I didn’t lose much size maybe a little BPEL but My fatpad is smaller because of all the workouts I’m doing so it’s still 6.1 NBP
