Update On Fitness

I’m planning to do a recomp, build muscle and not gain any fat because I’m already too fat right now.
I’ll eat at maintenance and lift to gain muscle. I don’t want to diet right now because, that messed up my hormones, so I’ll lift and eat at maintenance, and post updates every month for 6 months then after I’ll go back to losing weight.

This is my pic, I look better than I really look because of the light is directly above me. But I’ll post pics the same way every time.
I’ll post this because you guys wanted a before and after for my last weight loss.

Amazing results. Look great with abs showing and all, damn that’s motivation! Do you think you can come up with some plan to stick at that bodyfat in the future? I’m a lot fatter, I’m like the before photo so I cant really know how hard it is to get shredded like that but it’s hard I bet.

A clear difference in your shape. I think you are you’re quite capable of getting your body fitter again. Looks very impressive with the muscle definition. You can do this.

Yes It would be easier to stick to at a higher weight like if I gain some muscle I’ll be leaner at a higher body weight that would be easier to maintain. That’s my plan right now

Try to do your routine while being in the toilet and let hot water run on your dick, by heating it up that way you will not get erect and continue doing your strech and you will notice how you will be in a complete flaccid state and you will be able to even strech further more than before.

Im not sure, dld says ejaculating before stretching allows for a longer stretch, but thats just one person but still.
