Hey guys!

I started PE around the first of the year and just recently completed my first 2 months so I figured it’s time to start a progress thread to share and discuss.

My routine is a bit free form due to time constraints with the irregularity of my work schedule and the fact that I’m a little in stealth mode right now. My wife and I have had brief discussions on the topic of PE but I haven’t admitted to committing to trying yet because I want to see if I can get some results first. I try to get full workouts in as regularly as possible, but sometimes I’m only able to do a couple of shorter sessions throughout the day. I work out of town usually during the week and my off days tend to fall when I’m at home and may be 2 or 3 in a row. If I am going to have more than 1 off day I try to get in a few stretched or jelqs in the shower or when I use the bathroom, I also do this occasionally on workout days too.

I have been doing stretches in all directions, jelqs (standard and overhand alternating hands, overhand seems to work best for me at this time) with some kegels and edging. I also usually use a space heater during the workout.

I started out slowly (5 minutes stretching, 25-50 jelqs, 25 kegels, 5 minutes edging) for conditioning purposes and have worked up the intensity. I usually keep track more by time than actually counting repetitions. I count reps to keep things even with each hand by usually don’t keep track of the total sets.

Now a complete routine looks something like this:

Warm things up with heater

10 minutes stretching
15 minutes jelqs
25 kegels
5-10 minutes stretching
15-20 minutes jelqs
25 kegels
15 minutes edging

I estimate the total jelqs to be in the 600-700 range and the full routine takes somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes.

Starting measurements were 5.813x4.500

New measurements after a full day off are 6.188x4.813

Increase of 0.375x0.313

I’m not completely convinced of the new results due to the possibility of irregularities in the measuring process but I will say that it feels a little bigger and my wife has asked after sex what I’m doing different. She has even asked if I started doing PE but I’ve just kind of avoided the question so far.

Any comments or suggestions are welcomed.

Great to have you aboard brother. Talk to your wife , that’s my advice. If your keeping something secret it could have a negative impact psychologically which can and will impact how you PE.

My wife was definitely a little weirded out to say the least but she’s no interest in me having any insecurities so she has committed herself to helping and supporting me however she can. She’s even read some of the progress and picture threads.

I think once she saw for herself that this isn’t impossible to accomplish she was very open to helping me set and achieve realistic goals.

It looks like your starting stats are dead on average so any and all gains are just going to above that threshold. Great place to start man. Just take it slow and listen to your body’s signals. You’ll make gains , it’s almost impossible not to.

If your not seeing gains where you want to focus on EQ first. Everything should fall into place once that’s in order.

It’s not so much of a secret because we’ve talked about it and it’s more of a joke when I sarcastically reply, “Nooo, I don’t know what you’re taking about” when she asks. She likes using her hands on me and even with the modest increases so far I can see she’s comparing the look and feel in her hand already and it’s kind of fun.

The plan is achieving a confirmed .5” increase in either direction, I’m almost there already, then bring her on-board with the fact that I’m really doing this. I’m sure she will be all for it based on our previous discussions and the fact I know that she likes more than the average in length and girth.

I’ve always had excellent EQ and with the gains I may have had, everything is still solid.

I ended up taking 3 days in a row off from work which equates to 4 days off from my routine since I usually do my workout in the evening. I’m self-employed so this happens from time to time which is nice. I miss the PE but enjoy spending the time with my wife. I was however able to get in a few jelqs and stretches in over the last two days but nowhere close do what I should be doing.

It may just be an illusion because it’s something that I’m thinking about, but my dick definitely seems to look a little bigger when my wife holds it in her hand and when we have sex and just plain feels heavier. EQ quality and stamina were excellent as usual for me, two things I was a little worried about maybe losing because of the PE. So far, that doesn’t appear like it’s going to be a problem.

I’m looking forward to getting back to my routine tonight, it’s amazing how fast it feels like something’s missing when I’m not able to do it.

Couldn’t resist getting the ruler out during the edging because I was unsure of my recent status update, it was slightly larger than the measurement I took a few days ago. Encouraging!

Ruler is officially put away until the first part of next month.

Things never seem to go as planned. Longer day at work than anticipated. Another short fast workout. Ugh.

Update to the 17th, I ended up waking up with restored energy shortly after going to bed. I was able to get in about 10 more minutes of stretching and 15-20 minute if jelqing, some kegels and edging. It very good and ending up feeling very big and fat. I think the following night I was a little impressed with the aftereffects of my workout and overdid it a little.

My stretches felt great but I think I was applying too much pressure with my jelqs and was more full erect than I should have been and I ended up seeing a little blood from my penis. Not a lot but definitely a reason to stop.

Chilling now for the 3rd day for healing. I’m sure this isn’t detrimental to the process from what I’ve read here but definitely need to get a better technique. Also getting some discoloration from about mid-shaft to just below the glans, kind of bruised like, so I must not be doing something right.

I’ve never been able to see pronounce veins in my dick but I am starting to see them now, need to find the balance.

Trying to use much less hand pressure squeezing the jelqs to avoid injury. Definitely doesn’t feel the same as before, almost like the blood is escaping back past my hand before the end of the stroke. Not sure of the effectiveness. Going to reread some of the posts on techniques.

Looks right to me, sounds “impossible” to jelq every single drop of blood from the base to the glans. If you are feeling the blood being pulled towards the glans, you are doing it correctly.

Thanks for the response. It seems like most of it is starting to slip back about halfway through the stroke with not as much sensation of really filling the glans.

I’m going to keep up with this reduced pressure technique and see if there’s any results on measuring day in a couple weeks.

Blood is slipping back because cannot go further … that’s OK.
