Routine
5-10 minute warm up
Directional front and directional BTC stretches 10-20 min (20-30sec ea.)
Dry Jelq 5-7min
Wet (hot shower) Jelq 5-7 min
Read that heat is key to routine

Aiming for EL8.1/EG6.1
