Hey all been a very on again off again PE’er for a few years now not sure I have ever stuck with it long enough to see gains. So I am going to try to keep a progress log in hopes I can stick with this thing long term. My basic routine has been 50-75 one handed jelqs every morning after shower( off again on again consistency) I do the one handed cause I do them dry.. And two handed has just never felt right to me. I am hoping to actually follow the newbie routine for a few months before moving more in depth.

My starting stats:

BPEL: 7.125

EG: 5.25

In addition to the jelqs, throw in about five minutes of stretching in all directions, at least for a start, and 50 kegels, and you have a great starting routine. Good luck!
