I started about 8 weeks ago with some jelqing and stretching. I measured myself at the end of the first week at 6inches BPEL and 4.5in girth mid-shaft. I took a week in the beginning after busting something and bruising myself.

I haven’t wanted to measure yet because I feel like its too early. I have a definite increase in EQ. I’m in my mid-30s and my erections are as hard as they were when I was a teenager. Also, I’ve been doing some breathing techniques and working on my stamina, so the last time I fucked I felt like a champ!

Besides EQ, I feel like the corpus spongiosum is growing but the main tunica is not. I am following the newbie routine and using heat before and after. I will take measurements in another two weeks or so.

In the beginning, when you don’t know what it feels like to over do it, it is easy to have something like that happen.

Don’t get discouraged, err on the side of caution and listen to your penis. Once you are conditioned these kind of things are less likely to happen and you will have a better idea when you are getting close to something that will cause you injury.

Depending on your goals PE could take a very long time. If you stick to it and read and ask questions here you will have the best chance of success.

Also if you are comfortable with it take some starting pictures with measurements. You don’t have to show them to anyone but it is good to have a record for yourself where you started. You won’t believe how much it can change in a year or less.
