He measured BPSFL - 7.2 ” today !
Had my weighted DTR on , so I used that set-up to do my rotary stretches .
Different feeling using it to rotate pecker .
Down was a really tight stretch !
Overall a great routine .
Didn’t do any jelqs .
Sort of still an off day .

Also doing a kegal that works just the penis .
It’s like a regular kegal , but you got to isolate it from the ball lifting movement .
Their the same movement , just more subtle .
I was getting him to flex his shaft and not raise his sac .
Takes a while to isolate them .
