At the beginning of November, 2012, I was just getting started and trying to work my way up to a solid routine, conditioning my dick. Starting in December of 2012 I started doing the JP 90 routine I found on PEGym.com. Basically warm up, 15 minutes stretching in all directions, 300 wet jelqs, 180 V-Jelqs then warm down. Within 3 months I had my newbie gains. 1 full inch BPEG and 3/8 inch EG increase. Quite happy about that.

I modified my routine for about 2 months by changing my stretching routine to include bundled stretches. Wasn’t seeing results and had been reading up on hanging.

In the beginning of April 2013 I started hanging using the captains wench and about 3lbs for 3X20 minute sessions. I’m up to about 5lbs now. I added 30 minutes of wet jelqing in May (300 wet jelqs and 180 V-Jelqs). I do 100 wet Jelqs then do 60 V-Jelqs for 3 sets and I kegel at the start of each Jelq. Once I’ve completed jelqing I usually edge and ballon squeeze 4 times.

I often, but not with regularity, stretch and do erect bends when I first go to bed. Trying to get more girth.

Current Routine as of end September 2013.
Warm up for 10 minutes. Various Manual Stretches, including bundled stretches, for 20 to 30 minutes. Low erection level jelq (20 - 30%) for 20 minutes. Orange Bends for 10 minutes. Girth Blasters for about 5 minutes. 10 minute warm down.
I do this for 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off for 6 weeks, then take 1 week off.
