Hi to all TP members.

I started PE exercises year ago.
My first routine was 20 min basic stretching and 15-20 min wet jelqing also did a lot of kegel.
In next 7 months I gained 0.6 inches in length. I didn’t measured girth then , but I think that I lost some girth in the process.

After that due to lack of time I started preservation of my gains with 1-3 sessions of wet jelq a week. 20min session.

Now I am ready to start again and focus on this thing. Goals length and preventing girth loss.
Last 2 weeks I did some stretch and jelq to prepare for real workout

My idea is to do 3 days on 1off - 2days on 1off routine

In the morning I will do: 5min warm up - 20 min stretch (10min basic - 10min v stretch ) and some kegels

Before bed: 5min warm up - 20min jelqing and 1x 10 min clamping (to prevent girth loss) , maybe some edging.

I would go this routine about 2 months , and then put some more stretching in routine.
I would be happy to hear your suggestions on my routine and any advice would be most welcome.

I would add A-stretches instead than V-stretches, if your goal is length.

Girth won’t go down, it is the more length giving the illusion of a thinner dick.

I would add and ADS or some all day stretches or at least piss pulls. Stretching in the morning with no fully flaccid penis is a good thing as you can have a better grip since your glans is engorged. IMO. As I am too lazy to stretch that match in the mroning I am experimenting with stretches after jelqing in my night workout session. I would always stretch, why rest for lengh? I’d do at least a short session of stertches on your day off. A stretches are great, I do them with DLD blasters, I also do BTC stretch while sittiong down using my tighs as a fulcrum.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

now that I read again your post your story is so similar to mine. I also did a similar initial routine and gained almost the same in the same amount of time. Then I quitted and just jelqed for a few months and now I am back to stretches and keep o jelqing. Same as you.
Will be great to see our progress together.
