Do more, say less
Hi to all TP members.
I started PE exercises year ago.
My first routine was 20 min basic stretching and 15-20 min wet jelqing also did a lot of kegel.
In next 7 months I gained 0.6 inches in length. I didn’t measured girth then , but I think that I lost some girth in the process.
After that due to lack of time I started preservation of my gains with 1-3 sessions of wet jelq a week. 20min session.
Now I am ready to start again and focus on this thing. Goals length and preventing girth loss.
Last 2 weeks I did some stretch and jelq to prepare for real workout
My idea is to do 3 days on 1off - 2days on 1off routine
In the morning I will do: 5min warm up - 20 min stretch (10min basic - 10min v stretch ) and some kegels
Before bed: 5min warm up - 20min jelqing and 1x 10 min clamping (to prevent girth loss) , maybe some edging.
I would go this routine about 2 months , and then put some more stretching in routine.
I would be happy to hear your suggestions on my routine and any advice would be most welcome.
