Got the bib 03/15/2009 - starting to incorporate it to go after lig based gains.

Not really doing the bib that hard, have went up to 12.5lbs multiple times, hangar slips and 15lbs a couple of times. At 2.5 and 5lbs is very comfortable. Perhaps this started the new gains and by using the Bib more, getting wrap and comfort better the 12lb and 15lbs can be maintained for a 20 min set.

Static Stretcher focusing on being at least 1/4” past end of threaded rods ( 9.75 Stretched ). If 9.50” stretcher yielded 8.75” stretch length perhaps the 9.75 stretch will yield a 9.00” stretch length. On that note perhaps 1” past the end of rods will yield a 9.75” stretch length for all intensive purposes would support a greater than 9.0 BPEL.

05/18/2009 - Bib is obviously coaxing some new gains, as nearly a 1/4” gains in BPEL. Saw nearly a 8.25” BPEL measurement, but will wait a few weeks till its more consistent.

Also have been doing the static stretcher, past the end of the rods. Believe this combination with the Bib’ing ( 1 to 2 20 minute sessions ) is bringing the new gains.

06/02/2009 - BPFSL is coming up, can always pull to 9.0” or greater on it now. Best is 9 1/8”, feel that 9.5” BPFSL will be coming on shortly, and possibly with a viagra induced raging boner already have a 8.50 BPEL.

6/06/2009 - BPFSL pulled back a bit, but pulled to 9 1/4” today. I feel that some of the growth, might actaully be overstretching of the tissues, vs a gradual gain. Also so near enough 8.250” BPEL on the ruler to call it, it was after heavy
edging.

7/15/2009 -BPFSL was near 9.500” very close, and BPEL close enough to 8.500”. BPEL always greater than 8.00”, greater than 8.250” on most occasions.

9/15/2009 - Previous BPFSL gains where from combination of Bib hanger at the base and vacuum head at the tip. Since I have been out of the apt, I have been doing several sessions of Static Stretcher combined with the vacuum pump. The head is finally starting past 6.75”, so there may have been .15”-.25” BPEL gains in there. Also have been doing lots of cardio, fat pad has been shrinking - but have not seen a full erection in a long time. 8.500” BPEL is not far off, and going to attempt the 9.000” BPEL by christmas challenge.

10/10/2009 - Taking a week off, erections have been hard to come by. Did some light pumping 10/12/2009, but will take a week off and try not to think of PE.

1/20/2010 - Have not been as consistent. Flaciid stretch is between 8.75 and 9.00. BPEL just over 8.00”, realize I had it to where BPEL was over 8.250” consistently. Feel that fulcrum work, and similar routines to the past will bring back old length and also new length with it.

2/3/2010 - Safely relieved that BPEL was over 8.00” everytime I measured, and got over 8.250” enough to know that its coming back. Bib hangar focused on ligs and bathroom BTC stretches where responsible. Believe more time and fulcrums will allow the 9.000” BPEL limit crossed before the end of the year.

2/22/2010 - BPEL is always over 8.00” and got the 8.250” enough to believe it. BPFSL can always get to 9 1/8” today pulled a 9 1/4” with a very hard pull. Fat pad is fat, so without it may already be near .250” higher on all measurements. Have been doing bib focused on ligs, bathroom BTC’s and pumping. The next .250” will come quick with vacuum

head fulcrums.

3/1/2010 - BPEL always over 8.00” and mostly clost to 8.250”. BPFSL always over 9”, and usually close to the 9 1/4” with a hard pull. Still fat. Mostly bathroom stretches and 1 or 2 30 minute sessiosn of bib hangs BTC in a chair. Feel with fulcrums with heat will get .250” to .500” on most other measurements, still haven’t maxxed out clamping - where some people have attributed all of their length gains for. With 9.250” BPEL - this is in better than the top 1%.

11/2/2010 - BPEL always over 8.00”. Had not done the hard fulcrums, but have been doing water pumping mixed with static stretcher or BTC hangs. Need to get back to the consistent 9 1/4” or greater BPFSL’s to see what new erection size is. Going to focus on fulcrums, with some BTC hanging and water pumping. Of course would be nice to see a BPFSL of 9.50” or greater and 8.50” or greater BPELS consistently. Occasionally I do see a 8.50” BPEL, but not very often. Also BPFSL’s seem to fall when not measuring for the BPFSL with a hard pull as regularly. Should I consider BPFSL pulls as a workout?

12/09/2010 - BPFSL 9.00”, not over. Noticed in Febuary of this year that went from 8.75” BPFSL to 9.25” BPFSL ( always greater than 9.00” BPFSL ) by adding 30 minutes of Bib BTC hanging. Adding Bib BTC hanging to attempt to gain a new .500” BPFSL and hopefully some BPEL. Adding heated fulcrums ontop of this could add another close to .500” BPFSL and greater than .250” BPEL for a combined greater than .500” BPEL and between .500” to 1.000” BPFSL. This has been the gain I wanted for a very long time, and it could happen in one month of structured work. Want to do 2 hrs of Bib BTC and 1 hrs of fulcrum while reading. Some healing in the extended state or sleeping with ADS? What about an actual cool down? Also have never incorporate clamping. Need to do a actual clamping regiment of sufficient time period.

12/21/2010 - BPFSL is now 9.25”, at or over 9.00”. Have been doing Static Stretcher at the up and the down angle. Noticed the Febuary logs showing the Bib BTC hanging added the erect length but almost .250” of BPFSL length.
