Dingerdong's Routine

I try to have a daily routine but dont manage it. I do have a routine that I do a couple of times a day. To warm up I use the Infrared heat end of a hand massager with cloth wrapped round my penis for about 10 mins. Gets it really warmed up and flexible. Then do 5 stretches using underhand grip and pull my penis out and up over my other arm. Trying to get length plus stretch the fibers under my penis rather than on top. Add the infrared heat again, do 5 more stretches, heat again then about 30 jelging exercises. Do that 2 dyas on 1 off but some days depending on work i do less than that but i do it twice a day.
